• ESTER TATIANA (9/5): Cumplió ampliamente con nuestras expectativas el alojamiento. - la ubicación es excepcional a 50 metros del metro Duomo, a unas 9 cuadras de la estación central, a 8 cuadras de las principales atracciones turísticas. las habitaciones son amplias, el departamento es luminoso y tiene vistas al Vesubio.

• Tommaso (1/5): - Esperienza pessima, sconsiglio vivamente questo appartamento. Al nostro arrivo il proprietario era completamente irreperibile: nessuno ad accoglierci, nessuna indicazione, nessuna comunicazione. Una volta entrati, la situazione era addirittura peggiore di quanto immaginabile. L’appartamento era in totale disordine, con lavori idraulici in corso e attrezzi sparsi ovunque, più simile a un cantiere che a un alloggio pronto per essere affittato. La sorpresa più grave è stata scoprire che il bagno era in condivisione con affittuari fissi, non ospiti temporanei. In tutta la casa erano presenti effetti personali di altre persone, rendendo impossibile avere privacy o sentirsi minimamente a proprio agio. Inoltre, i posti letto reali erano 3 e non 4: il “quarto posto” era un semplice materasso appoggiato a terra, assolutamente inadatto per un soggiorno dignitoso. A peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione, eravamo in viaggio con due bambini, e le condizioni dell’alloggio ci hanno costretto a cercare urgentemente un’altra struttura all’ultimo momento, creando un disagio enorme e totalmente evitabile. In sintesi: esperienza disastrosa, condizioni inaccettabili e totale mancanza di professionalità. Non consiglierei questo appartamento a nessuno.A completezza della pessima esperienza il proprietario prima prometteva un parziale rimborso poi ritrattava via messaggio una volta andati via offendendo con parole di assoluta maleducazione.
• Hugo (10/5): Perfect - The location was perfect , very nice restaurants around and clean roads compared to other places in Naples. I liked the room a lot. It was perfect for a family. Very clean, nice toillet and the kitchen was a bonus to make coffee in the morning etc. The elevator reminded me my childwood
