• Fernanda (7/5): Perfeito para evento no Riocentro - Localização perfeita para eventos no Riocentro, da para ir a pé fica 5 minutos de caminhada Predio com segurança, area de lazer, bonito. Tem uma varanda e um visual para a mata bem bonito Achei o chão do quarto manchado e o barulho da autoestarad muito alto. Tive que ligar o ventilador e colocar tapa ouvido para dormir pois o barulho da rua era bem alto

• David (2/5): Very poor - Ample apartment. Incredibly noisy from adjacent motorway, kept waking me up all night due to the kitchen door not being soundproof. When I contacted the host, she told me it was because of being weekend. You could tell by her response she had this feedback before and had no interest in helping further. There was a foul smell coming from the kitchen and the bathroom. The cooker didn't work, so couldn't cook anything which was one of the reasons we booked this place. There were ants all over the apartment.
• Kegyes (10/5): I highly recommend the apartment! - The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a complex, and the location was ideal for anyone attending a congress at RioCentro, just a 5-minute walk away. Next to the apartment there is a McDonalds, ATM and a grocery store. The neighborhood is quiet, and you hardly hear any street noise. The building also offers free access to a gym and a pool. There were several security measures in place (24-hour doorman at the entrance, round-the-clock reception, and surveillance cameras), which made me feel completely safe. The apartment itself was cozy, featuring a kitchen, a living room with a dining area, an open-concept bedroom, and a bathroom. Everything was clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the double bed was comfortable. There was also a TV, hair dryer, and an iron available. There was a technical issue with the wi-fi but as soon as I contacted the landlady she fixed the problem immediately. She was very friendly and professional, available for every question of mine. The internet was slow but functioning.
