• Mama (3/5): So disgusting.. never going back. - That it has 2 toilets and can accommodate big family. House is old, flooring popped and sink down when stepped on. Both toilets flooded when tap was on. The hair on the pillow and sheets shows that the sheet wasn't changed. Extremely uncomfortable pillows and smell so bad. Kitchen cleaning rag were black and stained. Towels were stained and old, we didn't even dare to use it. 30mins before checkin time, I had to chase owner for the checking in code, but there is no response, so I had to call booking.com for help. Toilet bowl stained and room light was so dim. Very bad... microwave still has food droppings. Took disgusting and disappointing
• Lisa (8/5): Family staycation - The location and ease of check in. Bring your own towels and Netflix not accessible due to many users.
• Loh (7/5): Good - Comfy and clean Self collection key box unable to open. Inforned security staff and they were not able to help. Tried calling the host but to no avail. 2 out 3 lifts not working. Have to wait quite awhile

• Jahangir (7/5): Not up to the Mark - Like the location and the nearest to the mid valley mall and to JB city ,Clean and Need house to chill and to staykaytion The water tasted strange and the water dispenser provided was very slow and the main kitchen sink tap the water flow was very weak,Also the pillow is as flat as Aeroplane and I suggest the owner change it once every 4 months.The Hair dryer was not working and the common toilet door once closed very difficult to open.,Also the netflix was not working and no any international movie channel except the local channels.Also there is no bidet or a pail to wash ourselves after defacation.
