Hi havia un cartell on posava que s'havia de fer una transferència per rebre el codi d'accés i ho vaig fer. No vaig rebre resposta fins al cap de 2 dies, amb el que no vaig poder entrar i vaig haver de buscar un altre hotel. Ara no em volen tornar els diners, volen donar-me un val per poder anar a un dels seus hotels un altre dia. UNA ESTAFA.

- HannibalS_1976 (8/5): Bon séjour, aurait été encore mieux avec quelques améliorations bénines. - Les chambres sont spacieuse et confortable, la notre était équipée d'un petit balcon bien agréable. Petit frigo et plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre. Une ambiance très agréable en général dans tout l'hôtel. On se sent en sécurité avec le sas d'entrée avec code. La communication avec l'établissement a été assez difficile pour récupérer les clés d'accès d'arrivée en avance. Ce n'est que 5 minutes avant notre arrivée et plusieurs appel téléphonique que j'ai reçu la manière de procéder. Le robinet de la douche serait à revoir ou les sanitaires en général, car il était impossible d'avoir une eau avec une température constante.

Vooral m.b.t. het sanitair vind ik dat belangrijk. Wat ons echt beviel waren de bedden. We hebben heerlijk geslapen. En ten slotte is er nog de mogelijkheid om een late uit-check te nemen. Zou het niet weten, voor ons was de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding gewoon uitstekend.

The bathroom sink was clogged and the kettle did not work. But I have to say that I stayed only overnight and had I reported it it would probably get fixed.
