- brenda (2/5): - Expedia description of house is misleading. We expected the entire house, as per description but when we arrived there was already someone in the house and were informed we only booked the basement. How does the entire house become just a smelly basement apartment. And the upstairs renters had the master code to the basement and let us in as our pass code didn't work. We felt unsafe. The Bay Suites, the host company, lied and said they changed the master code so the upstairs renters wouldn't be able to access the basement but they didn't. It still worked. When we asked for a refund, they said it was non-refundable and refused to give us our money back. It is false advertising and unsafe as anyone could walk in the basement apartment with the master code. Stay away from this place and company!

- Amarjit (2/5): - Very bad, they listed the property on Expedia and when we voided it and went to the property there was a family already in there. Now they are not refunding me.
