The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.

- Jordancho (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good. The apartment was too small, especially the living room where the second bed was located. The bed in the living room was uncomfortable. The address was correct, but there was no sign outside to confirm that the apartment was in this building. Additionally, the only way to unlock the outdoor door was through their website, which requires an internet connection to access the building
- Jake (7/5): Little apartment with awesome facilites - Enjoyed our stay in Milan. The place was a little cozy apartment and very easy to get to and from the city with a tram or metro line. Washing machine was a big plus and the air con was elite The walls had a few marks on them when we arrived and the shower drain was blocked which limited the shower time or else the bathroom would’ve flooded! The apartment is a little small for 4 of us also

- Susan (7/5): Beautiful for couple or young family - Beautifully appointed rooms. Beautiful linens. Well-stocked kitchen. Lively neighbourhood at night. Close to transport. Immaculately clean. Toilet seat was broken. No effort to fix. Living space smaller than expected. All space was in the bedroom. Best suits couple or family with younger children. We were travelling with 12/15 y.o girls so fun for a couple of nights but no longer.
