• Zakaria (6/5): Over paid for a sad room - Location, pool and gym Very dirty, algae in bathroom, mouldy smell, everything I thouched was greasy, pillows were stained , all furniture was greasy

• Chin (8/5): Sk far ok - Near city and easy call grab. Lamp at bathroom nobody fixed, should be provide shampoo, brush tooth to guest during this stay.
• Cuwiesue (6/5): Pleasant - A strategic location close to Changkat and dining spots , breakfast so on. but the bathroom light is broken, the towel smells bad, it’s not clean, and the room doesn’t smell fresh, as if it hasn’t been maintained for a long time. I don’t want to stay here again!

• Ola (3/5): Ok would not recommend. - The location of the property was nice, central and close to different restaurants. Apartment was not as clean as the pictures, much older when arrived. There was an issue with Cockroaches that made our stay very uncomfortable.

• Sam (4/5): Was fine. - The location is near everything which is so great. Security guards are friendly. The first room I checked in wasn’t in the best condition and the landlord changed the room directly without any problems. It has great customer service. The room was not what I expected. The bed is not in the good condition. No glasses or proper plates. No drying rack. No microwave. No toilet paper nor cleaning product. Washing machine doesn’t dry the clothes. This please is good for few days but not for sure 12 days, doesn’t worth the price.

• Adeel (10/5): Excellent - Really loved the beautiful apartment, very neat , clean and everything was available.
• Raj (4/5): Unit needs maintenance before renting - The reception area was great. They had four functional elevators with projection advertising on the doors which was cool new feature. There was no wait time for the elevators. The property itself is maintained as a 4-star hotel suites. The unit had lots of cabinets and storage. The outside and lobby were maintained as a four star. There were many restaurants within walking distance and 24 hr reception and security for direct hotel guests It was the unit itself and the property management. The hotel reception staff could not help me with the issues because the unit I was renting was not under their management. The management company’s agent was unprofessional and seemed like he works undercover. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom. The towel holder was broken. The headboard was missing although it was shown in the pictures. Most of all there was no hot shower. Worst part was the agent held up the unit access information and sends it at the last minute. I was expecting the information via text message but instead he sends them as pdf files without any notification of the fact. Also, the unit is being advertised as a one bedroom but instead it just a studio. The refrigerator was badly frozen

• Bjarte (7/5): Decent apartment with amazing facilities - The apartment is spacious and in a very nice location. The facilities for the apartment are fantastic, with a swimming pool, gym, washing machine and cooking equipment. The view from the balcony is amazing. The bedsheets and towels were clean, but the rest of the apartment was not (shower doors, discoloration on the ceiling, dirty inside the cupboards). Furthermore, the apartment needs some refurbishment, particularly in the bathroom, where the sink is missing a cabinet door, the showerhead support is loose, and there are cracks around the shower doors.

• Reza (5/5): WORST STAFF! - Just because a little bit staint , that u can use your hand to clean it up , They Charge me Rm100 and my other Rm100 they Still Not Yet Send it back to me !!! The Staff Really Careless and arrogant , dont have any hospitality and not friendly at all

• Iain (8/5): Good facilities, location and price but could be a bit cleaner. - Good size and facilities, balcony view, swimming pool. Washing machine not working properly - blocked drain. The housekeeping staff did attempt to fix machine and offered to get my clothes dried for me but at the end of the day brought back my clothes still completely wet! So I used the laundrette on 9/F which was OK and would happily have used it had I known the machine in the flat was not working properly. The bed linen, towels etc. all clean but a fair amount of dirt had been swept under the furniture.

• Noraishah (1/5): BeeStay management don’t deserve to advertise their property under booking.com. Bad management - Nothing at all Poor communication. No one answer when you called. All through texting but they take their sweet time answering. They pass guest questions around like bouncing balls. They sounded like a scams. The unit was just ok. When entering the unit, no air conditioning, bathroom’s wet and bedsheets has unpleasant smell. They don’t take any effort to accommodate guest request on sending technician on making AC system working. They send text and reply “You can check-out if you want to and call booking.com for refund”. Because of their poor communication skills and not making guest feel welcome, I feel BeeStay property management doesn’t deserve any star. Very disappointing!

• Wan (10/5): Very nice stay - We stay here by booking with the agent called Beestay Property. They were giving me 5 star treatment with the whole process i had some issue and they helped me rigbt away from whatsapp. The room was clean and there were netflix and spotify and youtube you can use for free. Washer machine with detergent , v beautiful view, the shower flooded tho need to fix it overall everything else is fair. There is a stall next to the building where aunties selling nasi lemak in a morning and mix buffet rice jn the afternoon it was good we went twice. Their grilled fish was fresh and good! My partner and i enjoyed our stay here for a few nights. We tried asking the reception is we could leave our baggages but they refused bc we not booked from their hotel.

• Azrean (9/5): Superb - The room is very comfortable. The amenities provided is functional. The view is okay. Mine dont have free parking. To get the cheapest price rm7.00++ u need to enter before 6 pm and go out before 6am. Then enter again after 6 am until before 6pm. And the cycle goes on until you check out. I learn the hard way on 2nd day I need to pay rm60++ not even 24h passed. Phewww

• Gino (10/5): relaxing, enjoyable, fun - location is really close to everything for walking distance and easy for grab/airasia taxi to arrive, staff friendly, view from balcony is fantastic, room good size and bathroom/shower are good, pool is good. A/C works wonderfully, Highly recommend to stay very comfortable and convenient to shopping etc and within walking distance(10-20mins) to sight seeing. nothing really. Only thing was no channels to watch news/sport you only had netflix, Otherwise everything was good.

• Sergey (1/5): You can be less lucky and faced with criminal case in this apartment - They extorting money after your check out. Nothing to like here Communication process, check in / check out carried out by a group of people who likely do not have authority to represent the owner. That’s why this group off people can missinform you, hold your or cancel your requires, do not answer on your calls, can get access to the apartment without your permission any time, can ask you to move to another room because they forgot to check availability after received payment from you, with them you can face with discrimination, bullying and threting. All these troubles happened to me during my stay. In the end they will cheat you with the fee for a broken key card that you didn't break and policies that you didn't violate. The key card works by time schedule and just a day before your check out simply stops working. So you pass the card to the staff for maintenance but they will come back to you with the broken (cracked) and you need to pay 100rm as a fee. Cheaters made one mistake: they broke the card but forgot to crack the plastic case. On my question how the card cracked but the plastic case was still unchanged. They were just smiling with such happy face…. Of course I didn't pay. After bookingcom refused a request for a broken card they sent a new one request that I did not follow the regulations during my stay and they needed to charge my card! Such many charges and so many unclear reasons for the group of people who never appeared, transfer all communication in the messengers coz scare that it can be reviewed and at the same time avoid publicity calls - extortion. For all periods of stay cleaning was not provided, but paid full price for that service. Linen washed and changed by myself. Drier in washing machine do not dry anything Kitchen not useful only few cups and plates not suitable for cooking anything. Noise from AC outside of the apartment but even you will not her it coz of the music from the bars what is lasting till 5AM daily. video with inconsistent visits off your staff reported to police

• Wei (8/5): Very good - Clean place, value for money, has good facilities and is close to bars nearby. There is an extra fee for early check-in which was not communicated by the host beforehand (i.e. was told about it one day before my stay and after free cancellation period). Chose not to check in early in the end.
• Radu60 (6/5): Impersonal - Good location. And nice view. Impersonal. I had to take the key from from a post box with a pin sent to me by wa. Didn't meet anybody. I had the unpleasant feeling that I was doing something illegal aldough probably was nothing illegal. All I got was whatsapp messages with instructions. And most of them were warnings. Like they were expecting me to do something bad.
