Good sized space for a family of 4. The link attached to the email on how to access the property didn't work for me. When I called the instructions weren't clear & I had to call back a second time to find the lock box. It was a very frustrating.
Blind didn't close properly so couldn't close it all the way. Had to get my husband to fix it so we could actually block the sun out in the morning.

The pool area was beautiful day beds a room to sit and a long rooftop salt water pool which My 7-8 year old granddaughters loved.
It is surrounded by some good restaurants.
Iga and bottleo 5 mins away, with Woolworths 15 minutes walk. I reccomend having local shops, entertainment and public transport info in the room.
There is a bus #30 leaves across the street every 15 mins and does a loop around CBD.
The room itself is spacious and beautiful with everything you need. The check in process was a bit confusing as owner sent me instructions of a completely different building, we got there in the end
Landed at 0700 because apartment is privately owned I couldn't leave my bags anywhere and it was hot and with my granddaughters was not a good start to our holiday.
I thoroughly recommend letting tenants put their bags in room until check in.
The washing machine didn't work and owner kept giving me instructions on how to fix I told her I am not a handy man or qualified to fix and I also did not want to waste my holiday on fixing machine, there's is a laundromat 5 Min walk I ended up going there.
The fob had to be reset as couldn't get down to carpark, reception did help with this
As I said the apartment is beautiful, clean a spacious with an amazing view if the owner took care of these little things.
Luggage storage, Fob working, correct check in details, and all appliances correctly working it would be perfect.
Fridge had a water dispenser that didn't work

The bed was comfortable, great little restaurant straight across the road, bus service was 50m down the road and a convenience store 100m down the road.
Everything nice and handy. We had trouble with the FOB opening the gate to allow us into the property and it wouldn’t work when trying to exit the property, we had to use the ( call button ) - and it didn’t allow us to go back down to the 2nd floor where our car was. We had to go to the 1st floor and then walk back up the ramp to the 2nd floor.
It wasn’t the cleanest, even hair on the island bench when we 1st arrived, and behind the couch was very dusty and dirty, the cleaners must go around with their eyes closed.
Out on the deck, the deck chair that I went to use had a broken left arm rest, so I used a more steady one which I found beside the fridge.
- Melody (6/5): Comfortable, convenient but had problems accessing pool, gym and carpark - Great location, walking distance to CBD. Apartment was a great size for a family of 3. Fantastic views from the floor to ceiling windows. Well equipped with a full kitchen, and washer and dryer. Wifi was good, as was the Stan subscription. Free secure undercover parking was convenient. Beds were comfortable. Couldn't access the pool or the gym using our keycard. Also couldn't enter or exit the secure parking without having to buzz reception. Thankfully, there was a 24-hour reception as the building is managed by Accor. We had to sheepishly ask them to let us in whenever we wanted access, and they kept reminding us it's not actually their responsibility and we should be speaking with the apartment owner instead. While the communication with our apartment manager was good, and they arranged to give us a new keycard the next day (which also didn't work), our access to the pool, gym or carpark was never resolved before we checked out.
- Max (10/5): Fantastic stay in central high-rise - Fantastic place! Very spacious, modern and centrally located. Everything was very clean. The views are really nice.
It has everything you need, including a full kitchen with a gas stove and washer+dryer. I really liked that little detergent packets were provided. That way I didn't have to go out and buy a whole bottle for just one load of laundry.
The building also has a nice pool with a single 50m lane for swimming and a gym. Maybe get a bigger garbage bin
