- Alina (7/5): Istanbul are farmecul său, cu bune și rele. - Patul era confortabil, un frigider bun, tv cu diagonala mare . Domnul de la recepție a fost amabil . Cada cu hidromasaj nu era amplasată corect pentru a avea acces cu ușurință în cadă și era risc de accidentare. Cel mai dezamăgitor a fost faptul că micul dejun era EXTREM de puțin . Porția era micșorată în fiecare zi și erau aceleași produse. Nu aveau fructe , iaurt, iar laptele era rece . Nu ne dădeau unt la gemul din meniu Nu erau tacâmuri suficiente, lipseau lingurițe, pahare. Peste toate astea pentru acest mic dejun așteptam câte 15-20 minute ca să pună o farfurie pe masă ( unde nu existau șervețele și trebuia să cer mereu) în condițiile în care nu eram mai mult de 10 persoane. Cafeaua era de fapt nes. Există saună și baie turcească, dar nu pun la dispoziție halate. Au doar 2 locuri de parcare, dar nu garantează că sunt disponibile.

- Naomi (6/5): . - Дружелюбный персонал,хорошее расположение отеля,до набережной 5 минут и там же остановка автобуса,до трамвая 10 минут Мы попали в дождливый период,отель предоставляет зонтики это круто. Рядом продуктовые магазины и куча ресторанчиков. Вид на крыши домов и видно море :) В первую очередь это не спа, так, громкое название душа в отдельном помещении :)) Цокольный этаж-тяжеловато подниматься, ступеньки не стандартно высокие. Особо хочу отметить джакузи, да это бонус,но заходить в неё мего неудобно,так как она поставлена задом наперёд почему то. И каждое утро заходя помыться в джакузи,так как душ был только в ней, надо было использовать помощь друга что бы туда забраться:))Кое где были поломаны жалюзи, ремонтик не мешало бы обновить в отеле. Завтраки однообразные, рекомендую брать в ближайшем магазине сыр,ветчину к завтраку

Lit original (rond) mais sans le linge lit adapté (draps plats standard, couette standard, trop petite) Pas d'alèse de protection. Terrasse non nettoyée, restes de matériaux. Beaucoup de choses qui traînent ça et là Télé non fonctionnelle (signalée sans résultat) Une Lampe dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas des notre arrivée. Beaucoup de travaux démarrés dans l'hôtel non terminés
- Günter (8/5): Ein hochherschaftliches Domizil mit kleinen Fehlern - Der Blick aus dem gebuchten Zimmer auf den Bosporus. Ein Traum. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers mit Whirlpool und riesengroßen Bett. Die absolut ruhige Lage trotz der Innenstadtnähe. Es fehlt leider ein Fahrstuhl und das Zimmer war im 5. Stock. Aber dank dem Personal kein Problem mit dem Koffer. Das Frühstück war leider etwas karg. Aber es reichte um gesättigt zu werden.

A fürdőszoba nagyon koszos volt, a falak penészesek, mindenhol beázás nyomai nem csak ott hanem az egész szobában. A kád maximum csak zuhanyzásra volt használható számunkra mivel az is penészes volt. A törölközők és az ágynemű tisztasága is kifogásolható. A napi takarítás abból állt hogy összehajtották a takarót, semmi több. 5 éjszakát töltöttünk el a szálláson de többet nem mennék vissza.

When I booked this hotel, they showed a buffet breakfast, but the staff served very little food. They did not change the bed sheets or towels regularly. I stayed for 7 days, but they changed the bed sheets only once after repeated requests. They also did not provide toilet paper on time; we had to ask every time after it was finished.

Pokoje w złym stanie (uszkodzone wyposażenie, ostre elementy), a największym problemem była czystość — widoczny grzyb m.in. przy jacuzzi. Śniadania bardzo ubogie i monotonne, po dwóch dniach zrezygnowaliśmy. Hotel nie spełnia standardu 4★ i wymaga pilnego remontu oraz poprawy czystości.

- Florin (2/5): Fuat Bey da evitare - La posizione Struttura in pessime condizioni, piano terra in ristrutturazione, materiale di costruzione in mezzo ai corridoi, stanze e bagni sporche, le camere non corrispondono alle metrature prenotate, impianti elettrici a rischio incendio, frigo pieni di muffa, mobili rotti, termosifoni non funzionanti , tutti i cessi rotti, sacchi lavanderia in mezzo al corridoio, una parte di parete appoggiata in mezzo al corridoio al 3 piano, la luce nelle camere scarsa, le vasche da bagno macchiate, in complesso la struttura non adatta a funzionare in condizioni di sicurezza e antincendio adatte.

- Dietmar (4/5): - Lage war gut. Ziemlich nah ans Meer. Hotel ist sehr müde ,nicht sauber und renovierungsbedürftig. Bei der Buchung Zimmer De Lux in der Beschreibung stand Whirlpool im Zimmer. Leider dieser Whirlpool hat gar nicht funktioniert,dem könnte nur als normale Badewanne nutzen. Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Das war ein Teller mit gekochtem Ei ,zwei kleinen Scheiben Wurst ,zwei kleinen,sehr kleinen Scheiben Käse und einem Blatt Salat, Stück Brot und kein einziges Stück Butter. Ich glaube in jedem Krankenhaus Frühstück viel besser ist. Auch Spa im Keller war Abends ausgeschaltet

Am primit camera in pod și nu a fost deloc plăcut. Starea interioara a imobilului foarte proasta ,chiar degradantă (mucegai, tapet murdar și decojit, mocheta de asemenea murdara), micul dejun insuficient, clar nu merita 15 E.Terasa de asemenea foarte murdara, mese necurățate (a trebuit să-mi curat singura masa in fiecare zi). Apa la toaleta nu mergea mereu. Starea căzii cu jacuzzi de asemenea deplorabilă.

- Sabah (7/5): Bon séjour hotel bien situé - Pour le petit déjeuner il manquait pour les, moins salé un peu plus de choix en viennoiserie gâteau et surtout le beurre. Pour la chambre le lit rajoute pour notre fils de 15 ans n'était pas confortable . Sinon dans l'ensemble très bon séjour personnel agréable et serviable Le drap housse du lit ne tenait pas on se retrouvait à dormir sur le matelas qui n'est pas hygiénique. Mais encore une fois nous avons bcp apprécié notre séjour

- Olha (4/5): Нет желания вернуться в этот отель. - Чудесный вид из окна, хорошее расположение, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Поблизости есть продовольственные магазины, кафе. До транспортной развязки добираться примерно 15-20 минут. Wi fi периодически не работал. Полотенца были серого цвета с пятнами, ванная протекала, света в комнате было недостаточно. Лампочка находилась на уровне входа и не освещала основное помещение. Приходилось включать дополнительно прикроватные светильники. Но и они не помогали. Завтрак оказазался на очень низком уровне. Каждому посетителю приносилась индивидуальная тарелка со скудным содержимым с заветренными и остывшими продуктами. Чай , кофе и соки были в достаточном количестве. Присутствовали снэки и холодное молоко.
- Giulia (3/5): Bah - La posizione molto comoda e anche la composizione della stanza con la vasca idromassaggio in camera la hall molto elegante come la sala delle colazioni e il giardino esterno e la posizione è il personale cordiale Non dotato di ascensore ci hanno dato la junior che stava al 5 piano molto scomodo nonostante la bella vista perché fare 5 rampe di scale di legno più volte al giorno era difficile arrivavi in cima senza fiato, la televisione non funzionava aveva di detto due giorni e avrebbero risolto invece siamo rimasti 5 giorni senza televisione, una giornata senza acqua per problemi di perdita, mobili un po rovinati e rotti le lenzuola non coprivano il materasso quindi ti svegliavi tutti i giorni con la pelle a contatto del materasso non molto igienico, dalle foto sembra che la colazione è a buffet ma invece per tutti i giorni del soggiorno ci portavano un piatto (SEMPRE UGUALE) con due ferri di formaggio uno di affettato un uovo sodo un formaggio morbido pomodoro cetriolo un pezzo di pane un roll farcito con formaggio patatine fritte un pezzettino di burro quasi invisibile marmellata e miele, siamo arrivati a non farla per due giorni

Objekat je vrlo star. Doručak je bio izuzetno siromasan, mačke u prostoru gde se jede. Izolacija loša, srećom je kraj mirniji i moglo se izdržati. Sve u svemu za te pare moglo je mnogo bolje!

Nice lobby Bathroom wasn't clean on arrival - hair on the floor, dirty floor.'Access to spa' doesn't mean anything - you have to pay for everything like anyone off the street. Rooms were smaller than they appeared in photos, and badly renovated. Dirty floors - when I dried up some spilt water the towel was black. Breakfast was not very good

- IPalatinus (6/5): Rendes személyzet, szörnyű szállás. - A személyzet barátságos, segítőkész. A lobby kivételével nagyon elhasznált, a korábbi javítások szörnyű minőségűek, ha egyátalán voltak. 3 exclusive szobát rendeltem, 8 éjszakára. A 4. és 5. emeleten voltak, a lépcső kopott, elhasznált. A tapéta szakadt, beázott. A jacuzzi tisztasága minősíthetetlen, a szegélyek töröttek, penészesek. A reggeli mennyisége elfogadható, viszont mindenki mindennap ugyanazt kapja a tányérján, legfeljebb egy apró elem változik. Már a 3 reggel után rettentően unalmas.

- Mauricio (7/5): Hotel, con necesidad de mejoras. - Atención de todo el personal, muy atentos. Cercano a sector de atracciones turisticas. Lugar tranquilo. Sector seguro. A pocos metro de supermercados y comercio en general. Un hotel, donde se observa deterioro por ejemplo en papel mural, alfombras. Desayuno de muy pero muy mala calidad. Nos quedamos en el último piso, el jacuzzi funcionaba bien, pero no estaba al comienzo muy limpio. Si tienes problemas de movilidad, no es buena idea quedarse aquí. Hotel no tiene salidas de emergencia, si te pilla un incendio en el último piso, solo te queda tirarte por las ventanas (de un cuarto piso).

- Ismail (8/5): Overall, we were very happy with our accomodation. - Breakfast was good for the two of us. Location was about 20 minutes to most places of shopping and the tram line. mostly, everything was good, however, some improvements could be made in the bedrooms.
