• McNeilly (9/5): Perfect for a stay in Toronto with the CN Tower out your balcony window! - The view is incredible and the location can’t be beat (we had a convention). Very modern. Loved it! I got chilly but they brought me an extra blanket right away. Note that I’m always cold and it was the coldest week in January. The cleaner smell in the lobby is too strong.

Bed mattress was very soft (might not be to everyone's preference). Only criticism would be that the various cleaning supplies/spare towels/sheets left in the property could be more presentable.

• Dwight (8/5): Would definitely stay here again! - Great location, easy check-in, good communication. The wifi didn’t show up as an option for our phones to join. Texted with property manager but we couldn’t get it figured out before we went out for the evening. Not a big deal as we checked out early in the morning but would’ve been an issue with a longer stay.
• Anna (4/5): Location was great but the appartement was too hot (26 degrees Celsius) and I couldn't change it - location Termostat didn't work and it was too hot in the appartement (26 degrees Celsius) for 3 nights. I sent a message to the administration. They promised to fixe it but never came. The shower wasn't hot (only warm) and there was no shampoo

• Antonio (1/5): La peor estancia y la peor atencion al cliente NO RESERVAR - NADA. AUTENTICA PESADILLA A continuacion pasa a relatar mi experencia en este alojamiento. Antes de llegar al alojamiento me doy cuenta de que el alojamiento que solicite y en la ubicacion que yo reserve no me lo dan y me obligan a ir a otro 800 metros mas lejos de la ubicacion reservada. Les pido me reembolsen el dinero a lo cual me dicen que no, solo cuando les digo que les pondre una puntuacion negativa insisten en devolverme el dinero y cancelarla (todo ello a 30 min de mi llegada a Toronto). Ademas el alojamiento (habitación, cama, limpieza..) es todo diferente. Paredes rotas, toallas sucias, cama con pelo (soy calvo) y en vez de ducha tiene bañera. Ademas de tener las tipicas ventanas que no para de entrar la luz, pues parece que en Canada no ha llegado la persiana. Y por ultimo y para colmo no hay luz, solo la luz que hay en unas lamparas como si esto fuese la edad media, a lo que su staff al tercer dia de estar sin luz me dice ya tienes la de las lamparas (imaginate ir a un alojamiento en el que te digan eso con toda la cara). Y si quieres utilizar la colada no puedes pues ellos han dejado la colada de la vez anterior. A todo ello les digo me vais a compensar de alguna manera por todo esto (diferente localización, diferente habitacion, no hay luz, suciedad, etc.) y su respuesta es NO. Escribo esta opinion ya por ultimo con el objetivo de que nadie le suceda lo mismo que ami ya que son unos SCAMMERS te venden una cosa te dan otra y te dicen es lo que hay. Es como si reservas en Manhatan y te dicen nuestra ubicacion pone Manhattan pero te vamos a dar en Brooklin porque nos apetece. Asi que lo dicho mucho cuidado e intentar NO RESERVAR con esta EMPRESA.
• Diane (9/5): Beau séjour chez-vous et je vous conseillerais sans hésitation. - Près de tout. Le lit est trop mou…. Et l’alarme a retenti en plein jour. Le message du speaker était uniquement en anglais. Heureusement, lors de mon appel à la réception, la dame pouvait m’envoyer des textos par un système électronique qui traduisait en français, ce qui m’a rassuré.

• Laree (8/5): - Location was great. Easy instructions to check-in. Quick response by owners. Very clean. Small but enough for ny husband and I. The building had a heated pool, gym and a steam room on the “REC” floor. So great! Was a confusion with check-out. 11am but 1pm if you organise in advance and pay.

• Chuoi (6/5): - It's not my first time at the Rivetstays. I purposely booked it again because I had a great experience last time. Prime location, good facilities. Great value for money! They did not tell us that the fob key was not available in advance. We only found out on arrival and it was inconvenient for us. There were cigarette butts on the balcony and the table outside had leftover cheese bits.
