George (4/5): Marco, the host, is polite and accomodating, but the apartment was frustatingly dirty. - The apartment was dirty. We spent a couple days cleaning to make it sufferable. Lack of cleaning products like a mop.

I will return in the next future! - I was lucky to book this new booking( no reviews), and to find a great place, with everything new(bed, pillows, bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils,and all the rest). Marco’s place is located in a safe neighbourhood, in a nice building, with elevator, with exceptional terrace and unobstructed view. Bed is new and comfy, kitchen is fully equipped (no micro but has a new oven, and new induction cooktop), with everything you need for cooking - and all is new( I was the first to use them); owner provided dish-soap and other kitchen needed items. Place is located at 7 min walking from Laurentina metro, and 6-8 stations to Colosseum and other attractions. Also in the vicinity(2km)is also the Nato military base, that makes it a very safe area. External nosy is minimum, and neighbours are very relaxed and not disturbing. Hairdryer, shampoo,body shower gel were provided. Owner very friendly and easy going, he allowed early check in and late check out and offered if needed to keep my staff longer until I depart . All was perfect, nothing to dislike.
