David (5/5): No. - I don't think I stayed here. Disaster with STI house (no sign; closed; no one there; man on phone EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE, and abusive; said he would SODOMISE me!!!!!!!!!!! DELETE this operation ASAP. A disgrace, worsened by the IMPOSSIBILTY of complaining to you - no email; phoned - waited 10 minutes, then, when answered, CUT OFF! GET IT TOGETHER to CANCEL reservation and allow complaints.) Did not stay there.
