• Boyleo (6/5): - Big room, stocked fridge and toiletries. Very noisy. Could hear guests arriving at 1am. Should be signs to keep noise down. Lift is also noisy and can be heard when in use. Bathroom tiles need a good scrub and water pressure of the shower is terrible.

• linglan (1/5): False advertising, pest problems and rude staff - I am leaving this justified negative review based on my real stay experience. Prior to my arrival, I was promised that entry guidelines would be sent to me ahead of time, yet I never got any relevant message. Access information was only posted outside the building, leaving me feeling unsafe. On my first day staying here, I found dead bugs and hair on the bed. I spotted live bugs again on the third day. I reported the problem to the staff and showed them video evidence. Still, they refused to take any action to fix the issue. They claimed no pests were noticed during cleaning, and even tried to shift responsibility, saying the bugs might have been brought in by me. Other drawbacks also ruined my experience. The water pressure is really low, and the Wi-Fi signal is weak and unstable. Many guests have pointed this out in reviews, yet no improvements have been made. The service is cold and indifferent. Staff disregard legitimate complaints and keep passing the buck. What’s more, the actual room did not match the photos and written descriptions on the booking platform. No kitchenware was available, and there was no independent living room as promised. This is an extremely unpleasant stay. It is the only and worst disappointment throughout my entire journey. All negative comments on the booking platform are totally reasonable and well-founded.
• Constanze (10/5): Top Unterkunft zentral und trotzdem ruhig - Die Lage ist wirklich ideal, sehr zentral, wenige Meter zur Piazza del Popolo und Pincio. In ca.12 Minunten zur Spanischen Treppe und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar.Nähe zum Tiber, Supermärkten, Restaurants, Shopping (Via del Corso). Wir waren im 3 Bett Zimmer. Alle 3 Betten sehr komfortabel. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Alles sehr sauber und geräumig. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, kleiner Kühlschrank mit Gratisgetränken. Snacks und Äpfel fürs Frühstück. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Koffer konnten nach Check out untergestellt werden. Aufzug mit genug Raum für Koffer. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert Absolut nichts!!

I could have sat there all day and people watched. The building was easy to find and access, and the lift was a plus. VERY close to dining and cocktails, and right in the center of town. Would stay there again. Not much. The rooms were a little small, but not bad.

• Lajos (10/5): Would happily return, hoping the corridor/ apartment doors will be improved for better soundproof! - We were lucky with the check in, as we were able to occupy our accommodation earlier than expected, thank you very much for that. The people working at reception are lovely, helpful and intelligent professionals! The location is excellent, we walked almost everywhere -literally next to Popolo square, 15 min walk to Trevi fountain/pantheon etc.- if not on foot, the Piazza del Popolo and the nearby Flaminio Metro Station are just a short distance away. From here, there is a direct connection to Termini station, which provides access to the airport, and with one transfer you can easily reach the Colosseum. The building has a brand new, safe elevator. The apartment is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, with capsules, sugar, and small treats such as biscuits, tea, muffins and more. In the mini fridge there were canned Coca Cola, Fanta and two bottles of water, all complimentary and these are all refilled daily, which was a very thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, a hairdryer, a kettle, a wardrobe with hangers, a comfortable bed and multiple pillows were all provided. After check out, it is possible to leave your luggage at the reception for as long as needed, which is a huge plus, many thanks for that. We didn't upload any pictures because they are completely the same as advertised. The apartment's entrance door, or the insulation around it, urgently needs renovation. You can hear even someone breathing in the corridor, as there is virtually no soundproofing. This was the only negative aspect of our stay. For us, this was not an issue only because the neighboring rooms were probably occupied by very considerate guests, but there are three other rooms besides yours.

Dolap arkasında saklanmış tatlı bir mutfak alanında mini buzdolabı, mikrodalga fırın, kapsül kahve makinesi, temel mutfak ihtiyaçları ve hatta süt köpürtücüsü dahi düşünülmüş. Mini buzdolabına her gün meyve, su (musluktan su içilebiliyor olmasına rağmen her şişe 2 su eklenmesi tatlıydı), süt, kahve kreması eklendiği gibi kahve kapsülleri, bitki çayları gibi içeceklerde her gün yenilendi. 3 gece kalmamıza rağmen her gün odamız temizlendi, eksilen şeyler varsa yenilendi. Check in ve check out işlemi gayet hızlıydı, resepsiyonda görevli olan hanımefendi bize çok nazik davrandı. İtalya'ya ilk geldiğimde kaldığım oteli düşününce oda büyüklüğü oldukça tatmin edici ve ferahtı diyebilirim ayrıca. Sevmediğimiz herhangi bir şey olmadı :) Ev ortamında ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey düşünüldüğü için eksiksizdi. (Yurtdışında pek çok otelde göremediğim terlik eklemesi bile yapılmıştı diyebilirim :) )

Baie spatioasa, pat mare si comod. Localizare foarte ok, cartier foarte safe, aproape de multe restaurante si chiar paralel cu o strada de shopping (Via del Corso) si statie de metrou la 5-6 min pe jos. Cladirea are si lift daca nu doresti sa urci pe scari. Desi era mare, baia ar merita o renovare/ curatenie mai profunda.

• Juan (8/5): Buen campamento base - Ubicación buena para visitar Roma. Al 1 minuto de la piazza del popolo, ha menos de 10 mins de metro Flaminio que va a términi en 4 paradas, a poco más de 10 mins andando de la plaza de España, etc. Apartamento grande con detalles para desayunar gratis/ botella de agua, refresco (coca cola y Fanta), leche, cápsulas de café, unas galletas, una magdalena y algo de fruta que reponen todos los días. Con balcón. Y wifi que funciona bien. En general muy bien. Lo peor es que las ventanas no aíslan mucho y se escuchaba algo de ruido de la calle, y la ducha que nos tocó a nosotros era justita.

La cama es súper cómoda. Hacia un poco de frío en la habitación a pesar de tener aire caliente quizás porque el techo era muy alto y costaba que se calentará. Hubiera dejado otra manta más en la habitación para taparse. Estaba bastante céntrico, pero para ciertos lugares tenias que caminar unos 30 minutos. Faltaban cositas de higiene en el baño como pasta de dientes peine etc. Ya que el precio no es barato por lo que es la habitación.

• Donna (8/5): Very good location but disappointing facilities - Loved the location. There are lots of cute restaurants around and also lots of places to go shopping. Very close to the Spanish stairs and walkable distance to the trevi fountain. Loved the location overall! Our room was right in front of the entrance and so, we could hear everyone who is entering the hotel, their voices, their footsteps... everything! the shower was very weak as well which was quite annoying.

• Natasja (10/5): - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ripetta 25 in Rome. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed. The rooms were spotless and cleaned with great care every day. Everything was fresh, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. The service was not only professional, but truly warm and heartfelt. That personal touch made all the difference. During our stay, we unfortunately experienced food poisoning from a restaurant in the city. In moments like that, you truly see the character of a place. The team went above and beyond to support us. They helped us, thought along with us, and made sure we felt cared for. We never felt alone, and that kindness meant more than we can express. Ripetta 25 felt like a home away from home in Rome warm, safe, and genuinely hospitable. This review comes straight from the heart. You truly deserve it. We will definitely be back. Niets

• Diana (9/5): I will return. Great location! - Location was great. Staff was very helpful, ordering airport transfer and accommodating me when I arrived early because of a winter storm. WiFi was frustratingly slow, would drop etc.
