Cinthya María (10/5): Todo es bello y de excelente calidad, trato e instalaciones - ¡¡Excelente alojamiento!! La piscina es hermosa, super limpia y acogedora en medio de un jardín super bien cuidado, se nota que le ponen mucho cariño al mantenimiento y limpieza del lugar, los apartas tienen todo lo necesario para cocinar, nos encantó además darnos cuenta de que son los mismos dueños locales los que lo manejan, lo que hace que uno se sienta como entre amigos, como en casa. La ubicación es super estratégica, queríamos visitar no solo Santa Teresa si no también las otras atracciones de la Península y en Vista Verde nos quedó perfecto para irnos a Moctezuma sin tener que pasar por todo el pueblo, y al mismo tiempo el super mercado está a tipo 2 minutos al igual que Playa Carmen que es hermosa, y de ahí tuvimos el chance de conocer playitas encantadoras gracias a las recomendaciones de Jessica y Lalo. En fin, supero nuestras expectativas. Recomendadisimo!!
van Vliet (1/5): Verschrikkelijk - Don’t book you’re accommodation!!!!!!! Ik wil graag mijn ervaring delen met deze accommodatie, zodat andere reizigers goed geïnformeerd zijn. Mijn advies is dan ook: boek deze accommodatie niet. De locatie is bijzonder moeilijk en gevaarlijk bereikbaar. De accommodatie ligt bovenaan een zeer steile heuvel. Om boven te geraken moet je midden op de helling stoppen, waardoor al het verkeer van boven moet wachten en ook het verkeer dat van beneden naar boven komt volledig geblokkeerd wordt. Dit zorgt voor onveilige en stressvolle situaties. Bij aankomst bleek het toegangshek gesloten te zijn en wij hadden geen correcte toegangscode ontvangen. Hierdoor konden wij het terrein niet betreden. Daarnaast bleek betaling met kaart niet mogelijk te zijn, terwijl dit nergens duidelijk vermeld stond bij de boeking. Men accepteert uitsluitend contante betalingen. Wij moesten ongeveer 10 minuten naar beneden rijden om een geldautomaat te zoeken en vervolgens opnieuw de steile helling oprijden, waarbij opnieuw het hele verkeer werd opgehouden. Dit is onpraktisch en zeer klantonvriendelijk. Wat het extra frustrerend maakt, is dat wanneer je niet komt opdagen, het bedrag onmiddellijk van de creditcard wordt afgehouden. Toch blijkt hun eigen betalingssysteem ter plaatse niet naar behoren te functioneren. De informatievoorziening is gebrekkig, slecht aangegeven en de communicatie laat te wensen Gevraagd om een gratis annulering vanwege betaling die niet kon worden uitgevoerd, hebben ze geweigerd, en vlak daarna het van mijn kaart afgehaald , terwijl dat zogenaamd niet kon !!!!!
Donna (8/5): Hillside haven in Santa Teresa - Clean, comfortable space backing onto a jungle ravine. Adequate essentials for a long stay. Lovely pool area. Secure parking. Great hosts. Road noise ( but one gets used to it) . Hard mattres- suggest a foam topper. .
Sara (6/5): - The staff was very nice, they were super friendly and helpful The street is very noisy and the mattress smelt a bit bad, which affected the smell of the sheets and we felt like we didnt have a proper night sleep the whole time there

Monserrat (1/5): Skip this place if you want a good night's sleep and/or feel welcome... - Ever wanted to shower while inhaling the delicate aroma of diesel fumes? Ever dreamed of drifting off to sleep to the soothing tones of a two-stroke motorcycle engine at 3 AM? Well, book now! This is the place for you! Nestled in what we thought was a jungle paradise, we were instead treated to breathtaking panoramic views of dump trucks groaning uphill and passenger buses rattling their way through the night. Truly, a front-row seat to the raw beauty of industrial transport in its natural habitat. We booked three nights. We left after one. And yet, in some cruel twist of hospitality horror, we were treated like the problem. The staff? Unhelpful, unfriendly, and utterly unwilling to consider a refund—even after we obediently moved and removed our vehicle multiple times to meet their ever-changing parking preferences. Apparently, expecting sleep, breathable air, and a working coffee setup was just too much to ask. Speaking of coffee: good luck. No filter. No water pressure either. But who needs a morning pick-me-up when the 5 AM rooster symphony and the deafening highway lullaby have already made sleep a distant memory? So, if you’re searching for a fully immersive transportation hub experience—where the ambiance is pure traffic noise, the air is laced with exhaust, and the staff treats you like an inconvenience—congratulations. You’ve found your paradise.

Alexandre (9/5): Highly recommended - This place should be 2X more expensive, if it wasn't for the car noise. GREAT view, pool, bed and condo. Hosts were charming. SUGGESTION: Go through them for ATV rental and go spend a day at Montezuma waterfalls and beach. ATV check-in AND out were done in the condo's drive-way, and was less expensive. Bring earplugs for the night and you will feel like a King :) The ONLY downside is the car noises
