• Jock (3/5): - Location was good We stayed at the property from the 6th for what was meant to be a short and relaxing break before a family catch-up. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The tiny house is mostly glass and positioned in direct sunlight. On a 31°C day, it felt significantly hotter inside due to heat retention. The air-conditioning was not working effectively, and my partner developed a strong headache that worsened because of the heat. The following day, I checked the air-conditioning unit myself and found the filter completely clogged with dust and bugs. After cleaning it, the unit performed slightly better, but the inside temperature remained very uncomfortable. We had to leave windows open whenever we were out just to try and cool the space down. On the night of the 7th, the toilet became blocked. We reported both the air-conditioning issue and the blocked toilet to the host. We received only a minimal response regarding the air-conditioning and no response at all about the toilet. At that point, the stay became distressing and did not meet basic expectations for hygiene and comfort. We decided to leave on the 8th and book alternative accommodation. I would not recommend staying during hot weather unless improvements are made to ventilation, maintenance, and guest support
