• Lisa (10/5): It was an exceptional holiday in an exceptional villa. 100% recommend - We have just come back from a 2 week stay at this property and I would highly recommend it. Two exceptionally large rooms with enormous beds, one with the biggest walk in shower I’ve ever seen. Every home comfort has been provided for. Plenty of bedding and towels. An amazing pool area with 4 sun loungers and a table with 6 chairs. The pool area gets the sun until late in the day. There is also a telly in every room. Ours never got turned on! A separate laundry room with a big washing machine and tumble drier, and an iron and ironing board if needed. An exceptionally stocked kitchen with every possible utensil We loved it so much, we’ll be back Loved the friendly staff on the gatehouse and the neighbours always said hi I loved everything
• Debbie (10/5): We would recommend this property to others. - The house was beautiful! It was very welcoming and clean! We really enjoyed our stay! The location. Traffic is terrible in Orlando so it just took quite a while to get anywhere. Also, we paid to heat the pool and pool spa, but didn’t notice too much of a difference in temperature for the price.

• Gary (10/5): Best villa we have stayed in by far and will certainly look to use again next year - The villa was spacious, comfortable, spotless and very modern. It also has all the amenities you would ever need and close to Publix Supermarket and a variety of restaurants. The pool is secluded and surrounded by small trees to give you privacy unlike other villas we have been to. Nothing we did not like but would suggest bigger bath towels and a boost to shower pressure if possible
• Insleys (9/5): Lovely Villa we are golfers so the location for us was perfect, also a good location for Disney - The layout of the villa was great, once we were able to open the main blinds, the property was bright and airy. Plenty of room, the kitchen was well fitted out and had lots of utensils, lots of towels included and also supplied shampoo/conditioner/body wash etc. The blind in the main living area was all twisted and wouldn’t open, making the room quite dark.

• Andrew (10/5): Fantastic base for our Florida vacation - would HIGHLY recommend Paradise at Providence - 5 stars! - Excellent pool, large and easy access, safety in mind with screens. Rooms were large and spacious with superb modern amenities. The bonus of having access to Netflix, Disney+ and US TV was great! The use of pool floats was a pleasant surprise too...excellent touch! Location was a little far from the Disney Parks and traffic was always slow on the I4 BUT, this certainly wouldn't put me off from staying here again!

• Douglas (9/5): Overall, it is a amazing house in a quiet and secure location. - Very spacious with high ceilings, dual heat pump A/C (comfortable), huge master bathroom shower and walk-in closet, tons of storage space, a TV in every room, a very functional and well equipped kitchen with large island, nice pool and patio area. Initially, there was an issue entering the gated community: The security agent would not allow us in because the minimum stay of 7 nights required by the HOA was not respected by our 5 night booking. Lisa at VillaDirect had to change our "status" to 7 nights in order for us to be granted access to the house. Facilities: - The master bedroom king size mattress was way too soft. - The sliding door to the master bathroom would not ride in the lower track and was difficult to open/close. - The vinyl covering on the lower corner (lazy susan) cabinet door, in the kitchen, was peeling along the full edge of the door. - Most of the non-stick surfaces of pots and pans were badly scratched.

• Robert (8/5): Great house - The house was fantastic and absolutely everything we wanted, it was very clean and had ample amount of facilities, all rooms were very spacious. The outdoor area was excellent and the pool was clean. Having to pay an extra $35 a day to heat the pool and the water was so cold it was almost impossible to swim in so the heater was a must if we wanted to use the facilities. The neighbours dog did like to bark so if you are looking for total piece and quite this is not for you.

It was spacious, spotlessly clean and had a fantastic pool. It was in a good location (about 45 mins from the main parks). We loved it and would highly recommend it! Nothing!
