Guest Reviews
- Tolga (1/5): -
- Dror (5/5): Passable - I wrote a letter about it
- Aurélia (8/5): Cosy and welcoming place - Petros was very welcoming and explain everything, and also the different places to visit it was a bit far from the city center, first metro station 10 min walk but I knew that so that's on me.
The hot water stream very low to my taste, and the fact that the building door is really close to the apartment can be a nuisance, but I closed the double doors at the entrance of the bedroom and it was better
- Gigi (5/5): Overall I was disappointed . There are much better places to stay in the Athen for a similar price. - The best part of this property is the central location and accessibility to Kolonaki and the center. The service and the communication of the managin agent was very good.
The bed was comfortable and the beddings and towels were good. The apartment is noisy at night due to the proximity of the front door. Every time someone entered the building I was woken by the loud sound of the door banging close . The property is very small for the price and compared to other properties in the area that I have stayed before for a similar price .
The kitchen is old and needs to be renovated .
- Qaiser (10/5): Great stay, excellent value for money! - It is truly a hidden gem - highly recommended!
It's a studio, so don't expect it to be too spacious. Even then, it's got basically everything you need: airconditioning, a smart TV, a fridge, a toaster oven, and a washing machine. The cute little balcony is a bonus!
We felt the apartment had a lovely, homely feel. It was clean, spacious enough despite the overall size, comfortable bed, and pretty quiet mostly. And of course, the location is excellent too. It's steps away from the Lycabettus Hill in a beautiful residential area with several restaurants and cafes nearby and a tuck shop a stone's throw away - so convenient!
The check-in experience was great too. Harry was in touch soon after we booked and very kindly allowed us an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated! And Romain deserves a special shout-out for the warm welcome and all the suggestions.
Thank you! đŸ™‚ 1. The fuse issue was a minor inconvenience, which we had to sort out a couple of times with Romain's help. Not a big issue, but something to look at.
2. Sometimes people entering the building can cause a bit of noise, and that's because the apartment door opens into the lobby. However, that happened only a few times during our stay and didn't occur in the late hours, so our sleep wasn't impacted. No biggie!
