Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternatively if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $135 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual pricing review by the linen hire company).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Susan (8/5): Very pleasant and enjoyable - The view was fantastic. Unit was clean and was a good size. Two good size bedrooms and balcony with views of the sea. It was close to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and town centre. Good value and big enough for family. As some of my family were coming from Brisbane with a baby, it would have been good to get into the unit a little earlier.
Helen (8/5): - Location was great, had everything needed in the kitchen, comfortable sofa/recliners. Bed was comfortable. Very nice apartment. No wifi was the only thing.

Michael (8/5): Location great, apart from a few cleaning issues we would stay again. - Location, price There was a lot of dust and sand and hair in the fold out couch so we didn’t use it. There were dirty glasses in the cupboard. The sink in bathroom wasn’t draining properly, and I pulled it out to clean it- lots of hair and soap build up.
