• 恵美 (3/5): 最悪！ - 調理器具や洗濯機などあるとがとても良かったです。 夜中１時頃お風呂に入ってたら突然水しか出なくてビックリ😱連絡先もなかなか分からなくて１時間後くらいにようやく連絡先が分かり、そこから10分くらいたたないとお湯がでないってことで本当にこまりました！ 冷たい！寒い！最悪！でした。 前もってお湯の量が決まってる事をちゃんと伝えてほしかった！マジありえない！お風呂の後子供がくしゃみ連発、風邪引きました！お金返してほしいです💢

• Cynthia0625 (10/5): - 這家民宿位於JR天滿站的住宅區，距離JR大阪只有一站。從JR天滿站出站後很快就可以看到玉出超市，天神橋筋商店街四丁目幾乎立刻就可以抵達。從JR天滿站走到民宿約十分鐘的腳程，途中會經過超商，驚安殿堂，民宿樓下對面也有一間超商。民宿主人回覆訊息迅速，給出的資訊正確即時，大門是用鑰匙而房門是採密碼鎖，大門鑰匙的取得也很簡單，民宿主人有拍攝影片教學。房內除了沒有提供牙刷跟水，其他所有設備齊全又非常乾淨跟安靜。一樓大門旁有垃圾室，不需分類。我們有購買JR新幹線關西&廣島地區鐵路周遊券(JR Pass) ，住在這邊搭乘JR鐵路到JR新大阪乘坐新幹線或是到JR大阪都不需要額外的交通費，非常節省又快速。整體體驗非常滿意，推薦。 房內東西稍多，像是沙發只需放置一組即可，他給了兩組，加上小茶几，我們將小茶几移動到沙發上才有空間將行李箱打開。

• Fei (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and only one station distance from Osaka station, room is clean and the host is nice and helpful
• Saran1705 (10/5): Exceptional - The place is spacious and is well equipped. Location is fantastic. Access is super easy. Really nice places to eat just around. This was definitely the best stay we had out of the 5 places we stayed in during our 2 week Japan trip. My only recommendation is to reduce the furniture in the room. I would recommend removing one of the sofas which will then provide ample space for luggage to be kept for families travelling.

If you're traveling with a group, you might want to be really quiet, because the neighbors across the room might be a little sensitive to your friend's gossipy chatter.

There were no problem but i had to keep quiet and had to tern on the breaker for the electricity when i entered the room.

It's just that the soundproofing of the room is not very good. If you talk a little louder, the neighbor will knock on the wall. This is uncomfortable for both parties.
