Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel qualitativ bessere Zimmerausstattung erwartet. Fast keine Ablageflächen im Bad. Keine Heizmöglichkeit im Bad. Parkhaus sehr teuer trotz Ermäßigung durchs Hotel. Zimmerfenster kann man nicht kippen, entweder ganz öffnen oder gar nicht.

Ungewöhnlich: Der partielle Erhalt des alten Wandanstrichs als integrativer Bestandteil der Innengestaltung des Zimmers, hat uns sehr gefallen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt betrifft das WC in Kinderformat (sic!) in dem äußerst beengten, winzigen Badezimmer: Für Menschen mit Mehrgewicht oder mangelnder Beweglichkeit kaum benutzbar!

- Bettina (10/5): Alles super - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in dem wunderschönen alternativen Viertel Gries. Wenn man über die Brücke geht, ist man gleich im Alten Stadtkern von Graz. Wir waren mit den Rädern dort und konnten unsere Fahrräder ebenerdig in einem geschlossenen Raum abstellen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht und haben in 2 Minuten Lauf Distanz ein wunderbares Café entdeckt. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, großzügig, die Betten waren perfekt und das Bad wunderschön. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Graz kommen sollten, werden wir auf jeden Fall dort wieder übernachten.

- Alexandra (9/5): Herrliche Dachsauna - Das Hotel verfügt über eine wunderschöne Dachsauna mit einem außergewöhnlichen Blick auf den Uhrturm. Außerdem war das Frühstück vielfältig und der Frühstücksraum sehr ansprechend. Die Fenster im Zimmer konnten leider nicht komplett abgedunkelt werden, daher wurden wir schon früher von der Sonne geweckt. Toll wäre es noch, wenn es im Fitnessraum auch eine kleine Ecke zum Ausruhen zwischen den Saunagängen gäbe.

- Tanya (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage - Das Zimmer war wunderschön mit Blick auf die Mur im ersten Stock (man wird von Vögelchen und Autos recht früh geweckt, bei leichtem Schlaf empfiehlt sich ein Zimmer in einem oberen Geschoß); das Fitnesscenter war außergewöhnlich, das Frühstück sehr lecker und gut bestückt. Die Lage ist super zentral und das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und durchwegs kinderlieb!! Für so ein großes Zimmer hat uns dann doch der Stauraum gefehlt. Das meiste Gewand blieb im Koffer. Auch ist es seltsam, dass es keine Duschablage gab. Im zugehörigen Restaurant "der Steirer" haben wir leider an allen drei Tagen keinen Platz bekommen, dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts :) besser vor der Anreise reservieren! Alles Kleinigkeiten, wir hatten wirklich eine schöne Zeit.

- HBG1969 (8/5): Tolles Hotel in bester Lage. - Wir hatten ein Zimmer im obersten Geschoß mit kleinen Balkon. Dort hatte man einen tollen Blick auf die Grazer Innenstadt und den Schlossberg. Die Zimmergröße und Bad waren sehr ausreichend. Der Kühlschrank ist in einem "Lederkoffer" versteckt, welcher somit lautlos lief. Bett mit Bettzeug waren sehr komfortabel. Extra WC auch toll. Der Frühstücksraum war für die vielen Gäste fast zu klein, überladen und es war sehr laut. Das Angebot vom Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage des Hotels über die Brücke in die Innenstadt war ebenfalls hervorragend. Zu guter letzt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Der Frühstücksraum war voll, dadurch eng und sehr laut.

- Karin (10/5): A wonderful lush experience - My room was at the top floor, 5th floor and had a little balcony overlooking the river, it was wonderful, the bed was comfy, all the rooms are newly renovated, the breakfast had an amazing selection and I particularly enjoyed the stone iron fountain in the breakfast room with the water splashing. There was fresh fruit salad with pomegranate and berries, lovely scrambled egg and Styrian goodies. The hotel has lush vegetation around and I walked along the river. It is 10 mins walk from the main square (city centre) and I would stay there again, if the price/value stays the same. There were renovations going on, but I was in no way disturbed by it. There were scaffolds on the balcony, but also that was not a problem, since I still had the fresh air and great view. I hope the price/value level was not only due to renovations, because I would like to come back and if it gets too expensive, I will have to look for another place...

We would have liked to have had tea/coffee making facilities in our room. 2. Also the breakfast did not really cater much for gluten free options. We were told that there wasn't always gluten free bread so may not be worth the price to pay.

- Robert (9/5): - J’ai passé un très bon séjour à cet hôtel du 6 au 9 mai. La chambre était très propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était varié, copieux et vraiment délicieux. Je recommande cet hôtel avec plaisir ! Cependant, étant sourd, j’ai rencontré une difficulté : je n’ai pas pu accéder aux sous-titres lorsque je regardais un film à la télévision, car il n’y avait pas d’option de sous-titres sur la télécommande. J’espère qu’une solution pourra être proposée à l’avenir pour améliorer l’accessibilité des personnes sourdes et malentendantes.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern, schön groß und wir hatten einen direkten Blick auf die Mur – wirklich toll. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral in der Nähe vom Südtiroler Platz und nur etwa fünf Gehminuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt. Das Frühstück war absolut genial – ehrlich gesagt eines der besten Hotelfrühstücke, die wir je hatten. Die Auswahl war unglaublich groß und alles war frisch und sehr lecker. Außerdem gibt es einen Fitnessraum mit allem, was man braucht. Nicht riesig, aber völlig ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Eine Sauna gibt es ebenfalls, die wir leider wegen unseres kurzen Aufenthalts nicht nutzen konnten. Besonders schön fanden wir auch die kleine Dachterrasse bzw. Aussichtsplattform beim Fitnessbereich im sechsten Stock mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Mur und den Uhrturm. Die Rezeptionistin war außerdem extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt wirklich ein top Aufenthalt! Eigentlich gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Wir waren nur leider zu kurz dort, um alle Angebote wie die Sauna richtig nutzen zu können.
