• Sumeet (10/5): Very sweet hosts. - Michael and Patricia both are very sweet and welcoming. They made me feel as if I was at home and they took good care of me. Breakfast with them was quite pleasing and made me feel quite welcomed. Their dog Coquette is a very friendly and a beautiful dog who makes you fall in love with dogs.

Bonnes suggestions d'endroits à visiter de la part de Michel (et aussi l'atelier à frites qui était excellent surtout les frites à la carbonnade flamande 👍). Petit déjeuner sympa (j'ai bien apprécié le fondant au chocolat du dimanche matin 😊). Quartier très agréable à côté d'un petit bois et très calme. Comme beaucoup d'autres avis seul petit bémol sur les toilettes à l'étage du dessous mais cela reste un détail.

• Cosmin (10/5): I definetly recommend it! - Great place and host (very good conversations if you want), the house is in a quiet and good neighborhood, next to a park, close to the bus. There are a few nice restaurants and a big fruit/vegetable shop near by. And the living room has a real fireplace you can also enjoy. Overall a very cozy place, if you prefer a room in a host house - and for sure a different (and lovely) experience from a hotel or regular apartment. The bathroom is shared - it was clean and you have all you need. There is a sink in the bedroom though.

The room was clean and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. They even provided a little chocolate, cookie, and a bottle of water. They also had a robe and slippers to use around the house. It was a little farther outside the center, but the host gave me great directions on the best way to get into the center area.

Nothing you are used to in a normal booking, mainly because it's a shared house experience. But what might seem like an inconvenience, turns into a truly welcoming home away from home. Clean, rustic, cozy and a very strong authentic vibe. Additionally, they make the best breakfast, and are simply a charming presence. Strongly recommend. I loved everything about this booking 🤩

• Jussi (10/5): Relaxing stay in a cozy house with a friendly staff in a nice quiet neighborhood & good price :) - Very cozy place in a nice quiet neighborhood, very friendly staff including a friendly dog and cat occasionally present also :) Upon arrival I was a bit unsure which way my room was and should I enter what looked like someones living room where a dog was barking. But quick phone call cleared things up immediately so no problem!

• David (10/5): Very pleasant and peaceful B&B in busy Brussels - It was lovely to return to this sanctuary in a peaceful garden suburb after visiting the bustling centre of Brussels. It's easy to get to and from the centre by a nearby metro station and a pleasant 10 minute from house to metro. There's a nice small wood opposite the house. Patricia and Michel are lovely hosts and very widely travelled. They offer good suggestions and were good company at breakfast Nothing. I had a very enjoyable stay.

The room was very comfortable and the house is located in a nice peaceful garden suburb of Brussels. Getting to the city centre was easy, a 12 minute pleasant walk through a small wood and quiet streets to the nearest Metro station which gets you in very quickly. It is a nice contrast to the bustling centre. Nothing. Everything was fine.

Their pets added an extra layer of warmth to their cozy home, and the location is fantastic—just a 30-ish-minute walk to the center. Though I only stayed for two nights, I left feeling like I had made two friends. I will certainly miss them and look forward to returning in the future!

The breakfast is made by the host herself and she personally adjusts to your preferences. All my wishes have been taken into account. There was even breakfast prepared for me although I had to depart at 5:30 am. All in all, for someone who is looking for a cozy and friendly place in Brussels and not a hotel, it's a marvelous place.

Hosts are very kind and do their utmost for visitor's comfort. there is nothing particularly negative. Easy free street parking, quite neighbourhood, night shop on walking distance. Pleasant hosts, the owners of the house which live there themselves. They are experienced travellers themselves.

Felt like visiting locals, not a hotel, I recommend it The only thing to consider is that it is a bit far from centrum. From central station you need to take a metro and then a 17 min walk. The walk goes through a park though so that's pleasant.

• Igor (8/5): House with kind couple, real guesthouse experience, 👌 breakfast. Welcoming, comfortable & memorable - The owners are a lovely couple, educated and passionate. They have 2 cute dogs and a cat. The area is super calm, safe, close to a park, 20 minutes by bus to the airport. It was the perfect choice for a single night waiting to board a flight the day after. The place is welcoming, the hosts social, interesting and consciouss and they'll probably have breakfast with you, to share time together, like in a real guesthouse. The breakfast was generous and heathy. The price is a bit high (for my personal traveling standards) but it is aligned with prices of anything you can find in Bruxells and actually you get a private room, a good breakfast, and a chill place, for sligthly more than the price of a hostel bed (the shame is on the hostlels having such high prices, of course), so in the end it was a good deal. I got a nice time and I would have stayed longer. For sure I will come back again. The room was clean, cozy, the bed comfortable and warm. I had to run to get my flight in the morning, and I was a bit sad I didn't have the chance to say Bye, but I hope as a guest I left a good impression as I also got from the hosts. Hope to come back! In the ad is written they do not have internet/wifi, but in reality they do! This detail was making me doubt if booking the place or not; maybe you can make it more explicit in the Booking ad. Also I use to not have a routine, while in the house you'll have to stay silent after 10pm because mostly everybody sleeps; not a problem, but to consider in case you are a night person. Also because the intermediate wood stairs are squeaking and noisy when moving upstairs and downstairs. Also the toilet is downstairs so you'll "have to" be noisy if you need to go in the night. The house has some vintage things, that some might find curious or "old" but for me it was giving more "character". However all these are neglectable details and everything was good.

• Piotr (9/5): Superb - What you need to know is that it's not a hotel - it's more of a guesthouse where you have contact with the owners. I really liked the hosts, they are good people and it was good to talk to them. The place is in a relatively good location (usually a bus from the center or underground + bus, also there are usually electric scooters around so you can speed up getting to the metro station or the bust stop) - also, the area is definitely a safe neighborhood which seems not to be the case with many other cheap places to stay in Brussels. Also - it's quiet! The place is clean, the breakfast was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Ps. There are some cute doggos on site. Minor details - the temperature in the room could be higher (it was January) and the "road" to the toilet from the room is a pretty long one.

Bathroom is partly upstairs (sink and shower) and partly downstairs. It is also shared with everyone else in the house and you have to go through the living room in order ro reach the toilet.
