• Veselka (9/5): Nice apartment, suitable for short and longer stays in Vienna - The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood with fast transport connections to different parts of the city. If you wish to take a walk, you can reach the historic center on foot. Cozy and peaceful place.
• Beverly (10/5): Our home away from home in Vienna - We have stayed in this building before in another apartment and enjoyed it so when this one became available we booked it. We love this location near Mariahilfer and the Westbahnof for ease of transportation, dining and shopping. The balcony looks out over Kaiserstrasse and a Convent Church (ignore the graffiti covered buildings). The studio unit itself is very well equipped for a long-term stay having enough kitchen utensils and dishes with a dishwasher, microwave and oven. I liked that the water closet and bathroom are separate each with a small sink. The shower is in a bathtub which might pose some issues for some people getting in and out. The washing machine was great to use and they provide a drying rack that can be set up inside or out on the balcony. Although the bedroom area is open to the living room, it is separated by a wall at the foot of the bed to offer a bit of privacy. The closets were ample but lacking many hangers which we fixed cheaply with a quick visit to IKEA a few blocks away. We found the bed quite comfortable but a couple pillows left something to be desired but fortunately it had several to chose from. It was nice being able to heat or cool the apartment with individual controls as in many apartments you can't regulate the temperature. There was a change of bedding and towels provided in the closet so we could launder one day and not worry if they will be dry by bedtime. They also provided cleaning equipment like a mop, broom and dustpan (no cleaning products however) or you could opt to pay to have it cleaned during your stay at 65 Euros. The building is so secure, requiring the use of a key (4 times!) to enter the building, enter the stairwells, operate the elevator and enter the apartment. It was also very quiet and we never heard any noise from other units during our 24 night stay. The agents were very accessible and responsive using a messenger app. So many plus things, but I do have to mention one big problem. When we arrived we followed their instructions on how to enter the building by pressing a button for them to open it. They never responded and we were left out on the street wondering how to actually get in to get the key. Fortunately, a resident stopped by and entered so we could at least get to the lock box. This could be a huge issue, especially if you aren't familiar with the area or building. Also the area rug was so filthy, we just rolled it up and set it aside. Other than that, the apartment was spotless.

• Khaled (1/5): Horrible - Nothing The lady waitied till she received the money nicely then she stopped answering the phone calls. She didnt send me the email that says how to open the gate and the codes of the appartment entrance. I waited an hour and then I sent her a message told her if she wont answer I am gonna call the police. Then she sent me the codes. I do not recommand this place! Take care of these people who trick you for money. And also the internet password was wrong!
