• Bor (5/5): Overall, the stay had several issues that affected comfort and communication. - The location was convenient. However, the overall experience was below expectations. The apartment was not well maintained. The kitchen faucet was loose and had to be held with one hand in order to use it. The bed was also very unstable and moved even with the slightest motion, which made it uncomfortable. The check-in process was not smooth. All instructions were provided only in German, with no English option, so I had to call to get basic information such as the key box location, access code, entrance, and the correct floor. The listing also appears under the “parking” filter, although there is no dedicated parking — only paid street parking, subject to availability. Another downside was the noise: the apartment is located in the attic, right next to the elevator machinery room, which was very loud and caused noticeable vibrations. As a suggestion, it would also be helpful to inform guests in advance that driving into the city requires an environmental sticker, as this is easy to miss and can result in a fine. Due to all of the above, I decided to leave one day earlier. I contacted the host regarding a possible refund for the unused night, but did not receive a response. Overall, the stay was disappointing and several aspects should be improved.

• Marielle (10/5): - Appartement heeft een mooie locatie. Dicht bij Metrohalte en gezellige winkelstraten. De keuken, woonkamer en zitkamer zijn ruim en comfortabel. De bedden zijn eenpersoons.
• Coenen (10/5): het was een super toffe accommodatie. Schoon, hygiënisch en mooi ingericht. Zeker een aanrader! -
