Lamya (1/5): House not as expected- BEWARE!! - The day before we were to stay at the property I was called by the owner to say that it wasn't ready and that they had another place in sydenham. This was 15 minutes extra travel to our meeting, however we made it happen given the short notice. The house was dirty, dishes unclean, laundry in baskets, expired milk in fridge and rubbish in bin. To top it off, their house mate which we were not told prior about was outside every hour talking loud, smoking and right near my bedroom window! As a house of women this made us very uncomfortable, especially as it happened at 11pm right through to 6pm and I barely got any sleep! The owner promised a $100 refund, but hasn't come through. I would now like a full refund given that we didn't get what we booked!

Irantha (10/5): Lovely stay 🙂 - Nice and quiet place to stay for the first night landing in Melbourne, very close to public transportation, easy to access the city by train. The house is very clean and it has 3 renovated bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and felt very relaxed. Breakfast was so good and the host is very kind. We would highly recommend this Cosy Home to our family and friends.

Location was perfect more or less 10 minutes away from Melbourne airport.. More over rate is reasonable and really worth it.. Highly recommended for the guest who looked short stay like airport transfers as airport shuttle service also provided for a very reasonable rate ( Less than Uber)
