- Vicky (5/5): Great location but requires better management. - Great location Terrible communication. Not enough wine glasses, plates etc.
Dishwasher dirty and requires salt,filters cleaning etc.
Light bulbs missing from lots of lamps.
- Baldwin (1/5): Please be careful before booking - We've stayed here before and knew the flat and location. Unfortunately on this occasion when we arrived at 19:00 we found that the Flat had not been cleaned and still had the belongings of the previous guests inside.
The beds were unkempt, there were clothes and personal belongings in the wardrobes, alcohol bottles were left around the flat and the back door was left wide open. Unfortunately the previous tenants had also left the flat in such a state that it had an extremely unpleasant odour.
We tried to contact the owner but could.not get through. Booking.com did help and we eventually got through to the owner via WhatsApp however they were very unhelpful and told us to speak to Booking.com only
The flat was Unfortunately unfit to stay in.

- Philippe (7/5): Logement confortable et bien placé mais absence de parking, qui sont très chers aux alentours. - La situation géographique proche du Métro.
L'accès rapide au centre ville, le quartier calme avec commerces de proximité. L'absence de parking, la communication avec le propriétaire, l'impossibilité d'obtenir une facture.
- Alicia (10/5): Enjoyable London Stay - It was a good location to the Underground, grocery stores and a lovely neighborhood. Pillows and beds were comfortable which is what you need being out the whole day exploring. Water pressure was great to shower in as well. Great smelling laundry detergent capsules. All the appliances' get switched on at a central plug point which was not what we are used to. A few broken things, like the cold tap came off when we opened it, the kitchen cupboard shelf fell down (lucky my husband is handy) there was no spatchular to flip fried eggs, and the apartment didn't have any windows... Only doors to open for fresh air. But those are all small things which didn't make our holiday bad!

Was raining and took uber there so made 2 stop offs to get keys as couldn’t off load car without it. Didn’t know it had stairs. Struggled to get up in wedding dress but made it!!
- Susanne (9/5): Eine Unterkunft, die sich schnell wie „zu Hause“ anfühlt und sehr nett liegt. - Southfields ist ein sehr nettes Stadtviertel mit Cafes, Supermärkten, Pubs gleich um die Ecke. Die Tube-Station ist direkt neben der Ferienwohnung, man kann die Züge hören aber sie haben und nicht geweckt. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist völlig unproblematisch, der Vermieter ist erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung ist prima, großer Fernseher, gutes WLAN, großer Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine etc. Wir waren zu dritt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sie liegt etwas außerhalb (Zone 3) und es ist eine Kellerwohnung - mit allen Problemen (und Vorteilen: an heißen Tagen ist sie sehr angenehm kühl), die so eine Kellerwohnung eben mit sich bringt (Feuchtigkeitsproblem bei unzureichendem Lüften, wenig Licht, Treppenabgang zu dieser und einer weiteren Ferienwohnung an den Türen beider Schlafzimmer entlang).

- Gek Kuan (7/5): It was pleasant, location was fantastic but was left down by the building noise on Saturday in the next flat, no hot tub - It’s opposite M&S and right beside the station. The location was amazing! Spacious modern feel. The door was wide open when I was arriving and they were working on the flat next door. It seems they were in and out of the flat and the floors were not clean and had bits of dirt all around. I had to give the flat a quick hoover and it really needed to be mopped. It is quite noisy from the tube line and there was a little smell. I think it is from the bathroom in the main room. Rest of the place was fine. There was barely any toilet roll left so i had to go the shops to pick up more. Also advertising a hot tub whilst there wasn’t one, very disappointing because it was one of the reasons we booked this place.

We liked the space and that it was on 1 level.
We liked that there was a walk in shower and were impressed by the little touches in the bathrooms. Made us feel welcome.
It was clear that the owner thought about the little things we would need to be comfortable in our home away from home.
There was no road noise even though the Bus Stop was directly above us on street level. There were 16 outside steps to negotiate
with luggage that wasn't identified in the booking description.
We found the second bed was quite hard.
Second bedroom would benefit from a blackout curtain.
We backed on to the train line. Trains didn't bother us during the day but were noticeable at night making it hard to settle to sleep.
There are a few hours in the middle of the night where the trains stop running.

The flat is spacious - Location, spaciousness of the apartment and ease of entry and exit : I LEFT A SALAD BOWL WHICH I WOULD LIKE TO COLLECT? Noise from being right next to the tube station. Drainage smells and the garbage bins were probably attacked by catsa and or foxes.
- Donna (10/5): Excellent - Excellent location as next to underground so was easy to get around. Keys left at local shop not too far away which opens 24 hrs. Spacious and modern. 2 bathrooms was particularly good. lovely beds and good that they are both doubles not singles. Everything you need in the kitchen and even provided toiletries etc which for s/c isn't always the case. Bedrooms are next to noisy stairs so when neighbours went up and down late at night or early morning (which they did) it was extremely loud. Train station was noisy but that's fine - it was expected for being so well located. Outside areas by front door and in our private garden had a lot of rubbish on the ground.

- Craig (7/5): Roomy modern basement flat, close to tube and local shops. Plumbing issues were disappointing. - Location worked well, handy to tube, and good range of shop, food nearby. Modern feel, spacious and warm. Nice kitchen....but needed more plates and cups. There was an ongoing plumbing issue...smelly outside, smell coming up drains in bathroom...dishwasher worked once, and then did not drain and leaked on floor. It is a basement flat...so when the pump does not work...it all backs up. Owner came to fix...but still bad smell at times.. and toilets not flushing properly. Provision of access details was not until 12:30 on the day...this is hassle when we were travelling that day and had to find free wifi on the go to get details. All our other stays provided entry details some days before. Just unnecessary hassle. We were there for 2 weeks...could do with more draw space in main room, so you can unpack a little. Could only watch TV via apps...so a hassle setting up logins etc to access when not UK based.

Owner very responsive and helpful There was a technical problem with the pumps making a constant beeping sound in the garden, when notified they did try to fix immediately but couldn’t without an engineer, which was unfortunate.
