• Friedrich (10/5): - Sehr nettes Personal und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es ein italienisches Restaurant. Dieses ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch der Inder ist empfehlenswert.

• William (8/5): Great place but check on construction. - Nice staff, well designed rooms, very clean, nice pool. great location- easy walk to beach, mini markets and restaurants CONSTRUCTION, CONSTRUCTION, CONSTRUCTION. Two locations, both front and rear of property, there was no avoiding it.
• Joanne (10/5): - The staff ensured that our wheelchair was able to access the room. They noted the request on booking and moved us from second floor to main floor. The pool will soon be wheelchair accessible as the ramp was being built while we were there.

• Sandra (1/5): - Only that the front desk person was very helpful in finding us better accommodations. We booked a 2 bedroom villa and they put us in a tiny dirty room with 2 small beds we could barely walk between.
• thomas (8/5): This hotel is a very good choice, and value, in the region. The new owners are improving it a lot. - Breakfast was good. Fruit was always fresh. Rice with beans (the traditional) was tasty. The landscaping of the property is beautiful and was what motivated me to go there. A small refrigerator to store food and beverages was great to have. There was plenty of closet and drawer storage. Consistency in table setting such as availability of napkins. Scrambled eggs were often dry. There was no variability in the offerings, but I find this understandable for the operation they're running at this time. Water pressure in the shower was about medium. Some kind of drying rack for wet beachwear would be great to add to the room. A small microwave would be a nice addition to complement the fridge.

• Gilles (7/5): Nice place but misleading description - Swimming pool. Friendly staff, lovely gardens, nearby beach, a few shops and restaurants within a 5mn drive. The description of a Superior Villa is incorrect: "This villa comes with 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom ". The villa consists of a single bedroom and bathroom, THERE IS NO LIVING ROOM. Furthermore, we reported this to reception and it was confirmed to us that upon discussion with their manager, this description in Booking.com had been updated. This was obviously a lie! The state of the toilets in the breakfast area left a lot to be desired ... A coffee maker with two cups in the room, that's it. How about two spoons or stirrers? There is basic and basic ... This was disappointing compared to all the other places (9 in 3 weeks) we stayed at for a similar price
• Sienna (8/5): Amazing and honest staff in a Boutique hotel with great location. - Breakfast and location. Villa we had was in front of a small pool-- convenient. Staff is great. They were friendly. Also when we checked out, they called us to say we left a tablet. Honesty is the best. The room that we had unfortunately had construction next door, which is fine and we understand. The villa is nice and bed is comfy, but can have update in the kitchen. Not a big deal, overall experience is great as it compensates with the pool in front of us and also awesome staff.
• Catherine (7/5): Nice stay in Villa except for construction noise - We stayed 7 nights and booked a standard villa that had 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and mini dining room. It was spacious for my husband and I. The villa was clean and in front were the pool and the breakfast area. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was from 7 am to 9 am & we were able to get our food to go or at 7 am since we had to leave early for scuba diving with “Under the Sea”. The place is walking distance to the beach. We walked to the dive center and to the restaurants. We also enjoyed going to the beach to view sunsets. Our daily rate for lodging was reasonable. We would have fully enjoyed our stay except for the major construction of another villa next to ours. The workers started around 7 am and ended late in the afternoon. We were not warned prior to my booking that this was happening. When we came back from scuba diving, we wanted to rest and nap as well as enjoy lounging by the pool. Unfortunately, the construction noise were loud and grating. I went to the front desk and let them know. The hotel did not have another similar villa to move us in. We stayed in our villa and stayed away as much as we can during the day to avoid the noise.

• Martina (10/5): - The place looks so much better in person! Pictures are nice but don’t do it justice! Loved it so much I extended my stay. Only .3 miles from the restaurant area with a cafe, mini mart and a few restaurants on the next block. Pools are warm and I appreciated the second salt water pool! Breakfast was yummy too! Super quiet and serene. Not really a party villa at all but would stay again!

Su personal es muy atento, y con ellos pueden conseguir diferentes tours. 2 piscinas para disfrutar después de la playa. A pocos minutos en carro tienes acceso a playas como PENCA, PRIETA, LAS CATALINAS, FLAMINGO, y POTRERO. La Marina de Flamingo a 5 min de distancia en Carro, y a 10 min las Catalinas. Muy buen hotel! El desayuno también para destacar: 2 opciones TÍPICO (mi preferido) y CONTINENTAL! Volvería a repetir sin duda. Saludos!

We booked a Deluxe Room for 3, and it did not match description at all. It had quite minimalistic facilities: just 3 beds and a fridge. There was no other piece of furniture or shelfs. Promised coffee maker was not included either.

• Netania (9/5): - Nos hospedamos en el Hotel Parti Gras en Potrero y la experiencia fue realmente muy buena. Las habitaciones son muy lindas, cómodas y limpias. Todo está bien cuidado y se siente un ambiente agradable desde que llegás. El hotel tiene dos piscinas hermosas, perfectas para relajarse después de la playa. La ubicación es ideal: está a pocos pasos de la playa, en una zona muy segura, turística y caminable, con restaurantes, comercios y todo lo necesario cerca. El desayuno incluye dos opciones para elegir, es práctico para arrancar el día sin tener que salir a buscar dónde comer. Único punto a mejorar: la calidad de los ingredientes del desayuno podría ser un poco mejor, pero no opaca la buena experiencia general.

• Ericka (7/5): Only for 1 night - Close to the beach… Overall, the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. But I didn’t like the bed because it felt uneven. The center was raised, while the edges were sunken, almost like the mattress was sloping outward or had a dip around the sides.

Los empleados muy simpáticos, nos recomendaron la mejor playa, gracias. El desayuno un poco flojo y alguna hormiga que entró en la habitación, hay q hacer una fumigación urgente.

El desayuno estuvo bien pero pudo haber estado mejor; una de las chicas le costaba entender o su memoria era muy baja y lo que se le pedía lo traía todo mal, había que explicarle más de 3 veces. La limpieza del baño. En nuestra entrada logramos detectar que el inodoro no lo limpiaron adecuadamente, dejaron todo debajo de la tapa los “pringues” de las necesidades de las personas que se alojaron antes que nosotros.
• Mondin (10/5): Fantastic experience and great value. - Breakfast was delicious. The pools and hot tub were beautiful and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and I loved the New Orleans theme! We really loved our stay, and would definitely return! I guess it would be nice if the restaurant was open for lunch or dinner, but there were fun places within walking distance, so we didn't mind. It was not a very busy time of year, so maybe that's why it was only open for breakfast.

• Lidieth (9/5): A friendly and perfectly located hotel. We will come back! - This hotel is conveniently located in Playa Potrero. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It has a nice swimming pool. Breakfast was great and abundant.
