- Gevorg (1/5): The place is scum. - Nothing The guests were unable to check in because they were denied entry to Mexico. Since that moment we have been trying to cancel this booking and it didn't work. The property owner just does not reply to messages. Even Booking.com customer support didn't manage to help. The property ignored all our messages and on the last day just sent a message with check out instructions, clearly knowing that we were unable to check in. Couldn't cancel even at our own cost, just to save the minimal cleaning fee. This property is like a scum and the first such instance I have come across on Booking although I am an experienced Genius 3 user.
