- Grzegorz (7/5): - Beware of damage-deposit charges. After checkout I was charged €62.89 for alleged damage to a bedside table. The mark was under the lamp base and wasn’t visible at check-in. When I raised this, I asked for objective, time-stamped photos from before check-in (with the lamp moved) and post-checkout documentation—I did not receive evidence confirming the “before” condition. Advice for future guests: take thorough photos at check-in (including under lamps and decor), and ask for a written check-in condition report and damage-charge policy.
