In particular the associated spa. - Very tasteful deco, compact clean and functional bathroom, very comfortable bed, compact and functional kitchen, great location - away from hustle and bustle of district 1 but close enough to everything, lovely helpful staff. LOVED the spa treatments! Noisy at night due to road works. NOT the accomodation’s fault and easily fixed with ear plugs.

Anonymous (9/5): - Clean, spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Great staff with good english. Quite road at night. Elevator. Proper curtains that blacks out light from outside. Good wifi. Despite having a small kitchen there were no drinking glasses nor coffee cups. No shower curtain classic wet bathroom but it dried fast.

Sydney (9/5): Nice - This was the comfiest bed I’ve slept on in Vietnam! The room was a good size and the facilities were great. We had a couple cockroaches in the bathroom I think this area might require more detail cleaning. It was also quite far out of old town so we rented a moped.
Marie (10/5): Amazing stay, peaceful gem in Hanoi - Amazing place to stay in Hanoi if you want to be a bit away from the hectic Old Quarter and take some time to chill. The homestay is located above the spa that has the same name, and both places are gems ! It’s one of the best homestay we stayed in Vietnam, prices are very reasonable for the quality you get : rooms are extremely clean, very spacious, beds have great quality mattress, the decoration is tasteful, and we had quality sleep there because the streets are very calm and the homestay very quiet. We even extended our stay and had the chance to try others rooms that were also perfect ! Nadian and the rest of the staff were absolutely lovely and were very caring to make us spent a wonderful stay, and answered all our requests. The location is also great, near charming districts with very nice coffee shops, and places to eat ! And of course we enjoyed quality massages there. We had a wonderful stay, we 100% recommend this place to enjoy Hanoi and chill !

It's right at the edge of the city center so it's a comfortable walk in and far enough from all the noise for a peaceful sleep. We found it very clean, the host gave very good instructions and it had everything we needed. I would stay here again. I did not have time to try their spa services. :(

The staff were very friendly and we had everything that we needed, the room itself was very spacious (esp for Hanoi!) it was clean and well presented. We would stay again next time we’re in Hanoi.

Comfortable large bed, big room, modern TV with all on-demand services integrated. Walking distance from Old Quarter with some nice cafes and beauty salons on the way. Super helpful staff, they helped arrange our travel and gave advice on whatever we asked, also before arrival via WhatsApp. The room is very humid even when it’s not that humid outside, clothes got damp and couldn’t dry. After SPA opening hours entry through back alley only.
Iseline (10/5): The perfect place to stay in Hanoï - Everything was perfect. The staff was so kind and caring, as well as flexible (we could let our bags to the reception and pick it up after). We wanted to stay longer and they were so accommodating. We even extended our stay there for the whole time we were in Hanoï. The place is big, the bed comfy, the bathroom has space and is clean, the water of the shower is warm. The area is perfect (20mn by walk from the center, so it's near from it) and so calm. We slept well, without the noises that are usually in the center. The place was well furnished, and we even had Netflix if needed. It was the best place where we have stayed in Vietnam, and if we come back in Hanoï, we will for sure come back there! We are very thankful to the owner and the staff for being so caring. During our stay, there were construction noises in the morning near our place, but with earplugs it was perfectly fine. It wasn't a big thing.

Ying (8/5): Very good - The price is decent with a big and clean room. You can also watch Netflix for free of charge. Staff is kind and polite. Sometime the toilet has unpleasing smell maybe due to some ventilation problems. The main entrance will be closed after 9pm so you need to enter through the back alley and bring keys to open the locks. It was dark and maybe not feeling safe especially for girls.
