• Maria Alexandra (10/5): - The apartment was exactly as seen in the photos. Clean, modern, cosy, equipped with everything in the pirin golf resort. It was my fiancee's birthday and they gave us prosecco as a surprise and happy birthday banner. It was such a sweet surprise. They turned on the heating beforehand so that when we arrive we'll find the apartment cosy. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we will definitely recommend 100%. We were in constant communication with the host and they were very quick and nice to reply as well.
• Markus (9/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt und sehr hilfsbereiter, aktionsschneller Eigentümer. - Apartment war sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Tip: aufgrund der baulichen Gegebenheiten, wäre es gut, wenn man im Bad einen Duschwischer bereitstellen würde. Ein paar normale Trinkgläser (aktuell nur 2) und Dessertteller wären sinnvoll.

• Petar (4/5): - The apartment is well-furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The apartment was good, but the whole Pirin Golf complex is a total disaster - poorly managed and maintained; the food served in the restaurants is of a very low quality but extremely overpriced; the staff is very poorly trained and often impolite. Very bad experience, loss of money and time. Extremely disappointing.

• Giannis (6/5): Pleasant - It was a very nice room. It was clean and the temperature was very good considering the cold outside. The location of the hotel was nice. We also liked very much the outdoor pool that was cleaned every day. The owner was very helpful. It wasn’t clear from booking that the apartment was separate from the hotel. We had issues with the absorber in the kitchen and also the light that were turning on and off by themselves. When we asked the hotel they said to talk to the owner. The owner upon the receipt of the issue was very helpful. The hotel on the other hand was unbothered and indifferent. In order to eat at the buffet we had to pay 30 euros each and the water was not even included. we also paid 40 euros each for the day pass at the spa. There the sauna and infrared rooms had a very weird smell. And also there weren’t enough things to do for 40 euros. We expected better quality.

• Enil (10/5): Amazing place that we would love to visit again - The apartment is amazing and one of our top favourites - stylish, cosy, clean, with comfortable bed and nice view. We will definitely come back 👏 Overall, the whole place is one of the most beautiful (not only in Bulgaria) The administration and the staff of the complex should be much more polite and helpful. It took too much effort from our side to understand how to find our apartment (which is not part of the hotel), how to visit the SPA and to rent other facilities. Still, our stay was great.

• Antoaneta (10/5): An apartment for rent close to the Spa, highly recommended! - The host was great and very responsive, the apartment is easily accessible from the back entrance of the Main hotel building complex, and you can enter easily in the Spa center from the back entrances as well, no need to go all the way to the main registration of the Spa. The apartment was nice, one big bed and one sofa suitable for 1 person (the sofa bed was not expanded, one of us 3 girls just slept on the sofa itself, but it would not be comfortable for a grown up man or a taller person). The bonus is that there are 2 bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, which is an improvement from the suites reserved directly from the hotel which have a bathroom only downstairs. Everything was great, we recommend it for sure for couples or groups of 3 girls. The sofa had a mechanism to be expanded to a bed, but we couldn't make it work. It would have been nice to have it expanded, but still it was OK for a few nights for a girl or shorter person.

The apartment was super luxurious, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The surrounding is so relaxing and beautiful with amazing Mountain Views. I recommend with both hands and will be back very soon.
