• Karin (4/5): Sanierungsbedürftig in Top Lage - Lage Ausstattung der Küche Anordnung der Räume Das Apartment war dreckig Die Möbel und Wände abgenutzt und teilweise beschäftigt Booking hat uns 10% erstattet, der Vermieter hat leider nicht reagiert.
• Katie (8/5): Nice location, good parking - handy apartment - Location was fantastic as were parking facilities, really good! Apartment has everything you need and balcony was a nice touch. Bed was very comfortable. Things were a bit grubby, could do with a good clean. Oven needs a clean as when used, it smokes horrendously which triggers the smoke alarm - a good clean would solve this. Dust in corners, on top of doors. Hairs in shower. Soft furnishings were all marked

• Pille-Riin T (7/5): - Location , convenience with everyone you need to stay short term and also a fully equipped kitchen so we cooked our own pasta. Laundry was also a great bonus. The furniture was a bit worn out and beds were quite hard ( uncomfortable) And loud elephant walking neighbours upstairs who often walked around until 3AM.
• busy78jh (8/5): Beautiful Apartment, very convenient for the beach, nice host, great location! - This apartment was tidy, pretty and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was pleasant, the bathrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I liked the little balcony! The host was friendly and the location was really great. It's a short walk to the beach and close by to eateries, Target and CVS about 10 minute walk away. I also liked the use of the washing machine and dryer, although I did not use the dishwasher. Overall a recommended unit! Unfortunately for part of my stay, the upstairs residents were incredibly noisy stomping around at odd hours. The host was very helpful and did convey my comments to the upstairs unit owner. That aside the stay was comfortable, and Santa Monica is a beautiful place to visit!

• Robert (6/5): Centrally located but a bit rundown and if you want a quiet location this isn’t it. - Property two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen facilities are good, location was central. It had parking underneath which was good. Could hear the people in the apartment above. Sirens from the fire station nearby, bathrooms are a bit run down. It felt like it had been cleaned really quickly before we arrived and there was washing left in the machine.

• Clemencia (4/5): REALLY BAD CLEANING, YOU CAN'T COOK, GOOD LOCATION. - Ubicación. Muy desaseado. No se puede cocinar porque se activa la alarma contra incendios. La cocina no funciona bien, se devuelve el agua del lavaplatos, muy sucio, extractor no funciona.
