Christine (6/5): - Super Lage mit einem 20 minütigen Spaziergang ist man im Zentrum von Locarno mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz. Wir haben den Balkon geliebt. Leider ist die Seesicht nur im Winter möglich, wenn die Bäume davor kahl sind. Das Doppelbett quitschte schrecklich und müsste dringend ersetzt werden. Mein Mann hat freiwillig auf dem Balkon übernachtet. Der Kühlschrank stellte immer wieder ab und musste neui eingestellt werden. Für den Preis der Wohnung hätten wir mehr erwartet. Achtung wenn jemand die Bettwäsche selber mitbringen möchte um 30.- pro Person zu sparen unbedingt vorher schriftlich anmelden, sonst muss man es trotzdem bezahlen. Dies steht leider nieregens geschrieben.

Urs (7/5): Grosse Wohnung an guter Lage, mit Steigerungspotential - Wohnung und Lage der Wohnung sehr gut. Grosser Balkon zum See. Lamellenstoren im Wohnzimmer defekt (Fenster) 4 Tage/Nächte lang übers Wochenende kein warmes Wasser in der Wohnung, Notdienst gibt es scheinbar nicht! Betten im zweiten Zimmer sind eher nur für Kinder geeignet! Geschirrspülmaschine mit defektem/fehlendem Deckel (Salzfach). Für E-Bikes gibt es nur Aussenabstellplätze.
