• ANGELIKI (9/5): Like home apartment especially for business trip - very clean apartment, nice view from the balcony… Parking place is included the owner very friendly and collaborative in anything i ask them… nothing
• Olgica M. (10/5): Veoma lepo sređen stan - Odlično opremljen stan sa novim nameštajem i velikom terasom. Ima sve što je potrebno za udoban boravak. Garažno mesto unutar zgrade. Što se stana tiče sve je u redu, jedino lokacija nije baš idealna, potrebno je 15-20 minuta vožnje do centra grada.

• Todorov (3/5): Не бихме посетили отново - Модерно обзаведен, имаше удобства за няколко дневен престой. Голяма тераса. Паркомясто в подземен паркинг. Още с влизането ни лъхна миризма на цигари, която усещахме през цялото време на престоя. Беше пропила в дрехите ни и се наложи да изперем дори и необличаните ни дрехи, след като се прибрахме вкъщи. Крайно неподходящо за семейство с малки деца заради миризмата и недостатъчно обезопасените и тесни стълби. Подът беше мръсен и се наложи сами да си го изчистим. Прах не се знае кога последно е почистван. В шкафа бяха прибрани мръсни чинии.

• Marina (9/5): we had a good stay and would go again - The balcony was great and the fact that there are 2 separate bedrooms. The master bedroom was with a bathroom too. We had a private parking lot which was great The living room is small and the kitchen was scattered. The sink is at the other end of the room. We didn’t get any cleaning in the period of 10 days which is strange

• Antti (10/5): - Asunto oli suht siisti ja ilmeisesti rakennettu 2019. Kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Kaksi ilmastointilaitetta. Sängyt mukavat ja siistit. Keittiö ja olohuone samassa. Mahtavat näkymät kattoterassilta. Pyykinpesukone ja astianpesukone todella hyvät. Sijainti hieman sivussa mutta meille riitti kun olimme viimeiset päivät Sofiassa. Suihku tiloissa olisi voinut olla lastat jotta veden olisi saanut kuivattua kunnolla lattialta. Terassin kaide oli vielä keskeneräinen ja hieman hutera.

• Rémy (8/5): Bien pour découvrir Sofia - L’appartement est propre. Wifi ok. Bien pour un couple ou une famille avec un enfant. Un peu petit mais convient très bien pour 2/3 jours. 2 salle de bains et toilette, parfait ! Équipement suffisant, quelques petits accessoires extérieurs seraient les bienvenue. (Exemple : tables - chaises ) - Odeur de cigarette en entrant. - Malheureusement les Voisins furent bruyants jusque 2,3h du matin..

The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities worked perfectly — from the Wi-Fi to the kitchen appliances. The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Беше ми отговорено да си потърся платен паркинг понеже във почивните дни няма какво да направят. Офффффффф
• ZINOVIA (8/5): - It is a great stay as an appartment,has all the amenities you need, and very clean also. The area not recommended,not so close to the centre. Our main problem was that we did not have hot water not even warm,for having a bath during the heat of the summer. The water in the bath was so cold, not so easy to wash your hair or your body. I know it was a problem of the district but for us as tourists did not help our stay.

• Kristijan (5/5): Passable - Apartment is decorated nicley, and has all the nececities. The balcony is huge. Its not close to the city centre as it says. The look from the balcony is pure industrial zone and not realy pleasent. When we went anywhere it was at least 5km so it was ok for us because we had a car, but without a car the taxi bills would rack up realy fast. When taking a shower there are no curtains or such divisionf from the rest of the bathroom so the whole bathroom gets wet. Heating is insufficient. There is no working heating in the main room and it gets really cold. The sleeping rooms have ac units so sleeping was pleasent but doing anything else, not so much. The apartment is civered by radiatior, but non functional for some reason?
• Liysfs (10/5): Excellent apartment with views - New duplex place, Comfortable beds / couch, balcony with amazing views, little things done well such as charging station near the couch, body wash in the washroom, washing machine with detergent, plenty of coffee for the machine, plenty of storage space. TV angle isn't great from the couch, location is a but further away from centre. However, easy to catch a cab via the app. Messages were automated probably because of the holidays (could not get in direct touch with the apartment service provider)
• Viktor (8/5): Quite a large apartment, I recommend for a family. - Cozy and comfortable apartment, with parking in the apartment building. Clean and well-kept apartment with everything you need for life. Public transport stop nearby. Quite a large apartment, I recommend for a family. The view from the window onto the industrial smoke stack was a bit disappointing (but that's a matter of taste), I would have liked more kitchen equipment (having one small saucepan didn't allow me to cook dinner for the whole family). Everything else was good.
• Mihai (1/5): Bad - I didn t like that in the description it said 3km to city center, and it s actually 6-7km, and also we didn t had acces to the secure parking, remote control did not work, tried to change the battery still didn t work, no help from the owner, said somebody will come to help, nobody called or helped ! Booked this flat especially for the parking, otherwise we would stay in a more central location.
• Viktor (5/5): Decent, but not as advertised. - The best thing about it was the balcony and the tv… First and main problem was the downstairs bathroom, the toilet was leaking all the time and the smell was horrible. The second problem was that there were no appliances for cooking or for cleaning… all in all its okay if you want to stay for a night or two, anything more will be an uncomfortable stay.

• Mirjana (8/5): Very good - The apartment is nicely equipped, everything is new and clean. There is a free garage parking. Nice terrace on the roof. I didn't notice the message with instructions on Booking straight away, also I had no internet to check it, so we had trouble to understand each other how to enter the facility.. The staff should be more available to explain better the instructions.
