Super unhelpful host, cannot accommodate to any customer’s request. Cannot add any mattress although just ask for any simple tilam, cannot check in early and cannot even provide you an official invoice for claiming tax.
Inside toilet don’t have anything for you to hang your towel or clothes.
Most angry part is the check in, they need you to keep message them on booking.com only they will reply, reply very slowly and all their reply is they cannot accommodate to any of your request. They NEVER contact me by themselves. Check in time is 3pm but until 2.59pm they still never contact me and all the while everything need me myself keep on asking and asking the same question. And yet they not answering properly, really super stupid and annoying customer service. How to provide invoice also don’t know. When ask them for carpark they themselves also not sure where is the carpark and just keep ask u to ask security guard.
Worst ever experience and strongly not recommended. What a super bad and angry experience!
