• Muralikumar (5/5): Without the issues, I would have perhaps enjoyed the stay - The location was central and close to amenities and transport options. The apartment was cozy and neat, The owners, true to their word, refunded me the inconveniencing costs for temporarily non-working Wifi and a faulty washing machine. The Wifi being down for the first day of my seven-day stay was a pain. Then the washing machine door would not open and my clothes were stuck inside for 2 days before a technician prised open the door and got them out. But then I could not use the washing machine at all during my stay. Also, it was mighty inconvenient to lug my clothes to the 24-hour laundry and get them washed. While the living room was nice, the particular mid-level floor I was on suffered from a lack of privacy as it looked right into the apartments of the other block. The curtains did not ensure complete privacy. The toilet seat was not completely aligned and the toilet lid used to always close. The owners could also have been a bit more generous with the coffee/sugar/creamer supplies and the dish-washing tablets.

• Michael (5/5): - Location was very good. Getting the keys. Nobody on reception.Only one set of keys. Had no internet and it didn't get fixed. Was asked to stay in one evening so they could send a technician, we are on holidays with things booked. That was very annoying and inconvenient. Should get what you pay for. These 3.00pm check ins are a joke.
• Jo (5/5): Adequate - Near transport There were bugs in the room (small cockroaches) and the spare linen and blankets had not been washed. They were stained and dirty

• Kynan (3/5): Very disappointed with this accommodation. - The location is great. The apartment had a very bad smell in it, cock roaches in the bathroom. The carpets were filthy also. The keys weren't available e to check in for two hours after the time on the email, which left us on the street with cases.
• Yvonne (6/5): Great property, but stressed with one key. Need two keys in case we left one in property and other party needed one. Was - Location and pool Only one key, caused issues with one half heading home.
• Pamela (6/5): Over rated… disappointing…had higher expectations… but location was excellent - Location ..laundry & dryer was good to have… and cleaning detergents were provided. There was only 1 A/C in the living hall and non in the bedrooms.. the 1st BR is next to the living hall so not to bad.. but the 2nd room is very warm. The remote control for both TV & A/C had to share 2 batteries, so we had to take it out from each remote each time we needed to use either remote. The kitchen was fairly well equipped however there was only 1 coffee mug in the entire kitchen. The inside of the kettle was coated with a film of dirt. The bedsheets didn’t feel very clean.. pillow cases had strands of hair on it and my daughter had bed bugs. The bath towel seems worn out.. The blinds fell off on a window when I came home one day… the host did offer to get it fixed but the handyman was not available
• Anli (6/5): Dirty but good location - Good location, and good sized apartment No communication after checkin, we had some issues and didnt get any replies. It was dirty, glassdoors, doorhadles throughout, haors on sheet, pots and pans dirty, oven was filthy so couldn't use it as it would set off fire alarm, aircon remote had no batteries, no sponges/cloths to wipe kitchenbench with.

• Widya (8/5): Best location near QVM but need more cleaning - The location is close to everywhere, it is quite central. The washing machine is excellent. It also has dryer and detergent etc. Very complete. We are allowed to have one hour earlier check in, as we arrive in early flight. So wonderful. The towels, bed sheets and everything are plenty and you can change and wash it by yourself. The rug or carpet should be changed since it is q mouite dirty now and 2 small cockcroaches were found. Need to be cleaned up thoroughly.

• Anne (7/5): Ideal location for the winter markets in Victoria - Convenient location. Washer and drying machine available in the apartment as well as washing powder and plenty toiletries. Check-in was really difficult as the proprietor refused to release the keys until a damage deposit was paid (even though the apartment was fully paid for in advance). This last-minute payment was requested after we had left home and my credit card was denied temporarily due to the currency difference. We eventually got it sorted. Check out at 9 AM was not flexible and really early.
• Clive (8/5): Very good - Clean, modern and stylish. Had no windows, except to the balcony which over looks another roof. View was forgettable, but this can;'t be blamed on the owner.
