• Rita (5/5): Апартаменты с очень старой сантехникой - Рядом метро ,это очень удобно Апартаменты находятся на проезджей части шоссе,поэтому очень шумно постоянно сирены скорой помощи
• Jennyfer (8/5): - Es un apartamento agradable y cómodo, tienes lo que necesitas para tu estancia allí, buena ubicación, cerca a la estación de metro de San Giovanni, rutas de buses, tranvía, restaurantes y supermercados. Encontrar el apartamento fue un poco confuso, porque a pesar de que con la aplicación que te dan puedes abrir las puertas del edificio y del apartamento, no te dicen específicamente cuál es tu apartamento y cuál es la puerta del edificio, aunque respondieron rápidamente y pude entrar. Hubo un par de ocasiones en que la cerradura no se quería bloquear y la puerta quedaba abierta El apartamento se ve limpio pero le hace falta una limpieza mas profunda. Las cortinas no lograban tapar toda la ventana y entraba un poco de luz, una de las almohadas era un poco incómoda y el baño en general deberían renovarlo.

• Giulia (8/5): Funzionale e strategico. - L'appartamento è situato al quarto piano di una palazzina inserita in un contesto abitativo e commerciale. La zona è frequentata principalmente da gente del luogo e il clima è conviviale. Non c'è mai stato il sentore di poca sicurezza o degrado. L'accesso all'appartamento non è stato immediato, a causa di una difficoltà con il lucchetto della porta, ma il proprietario è stato immediatamente reperibile e gentilissimo nell' aiutarci ad entrare. L'appartamento in sé è piccolo, ma funzionale, dotato di cucina (fornelli ad induzione, macchina caffè, frigo), salottino con divano e tv (ventilatore), camera con letto matrimoniale (ventilatore a colonna), armadio e infine bagno all'interno di essa (lavatrice e privo di finestra). Entrando nell'appartamento potete trovare a vostra disposizione asciugamani di varie dimensioni, phon, stoviglie e detersivi. Dopo averci passato 5 giorni, consiglio il soggiorno alle coppie e non ad una terza persona. Se siete a Roma e il vostro intento è girare senza tregua, questo è il posto che fa per voi: la stazione metro San Giovanni è ad un passo dall'appartamento e con essa potete raggiungere immediatamente ogni zona. Il bagno sito all'interno della stanza da letto è leggermente retro datato. La vasca andrebbe sostituita da una doccia, che sicuramente faciliterebbe la funzionalità e aumenterebbe lo spazio. Il bidè purtroppo ha molta poca pressione d'acqua rendendolo quasi inutilizzabile, mentre il lavandino e la doccia andrebbero modernizzati. Il letto è comodo, peccato per i cuscini un pó sfondati. L'appartamento risulta caldo, ma non appena aperte le finestre si rinfresca immediatamente. Un peccato per la pioggia che ogni tanto penetra dentro da una di esse. Il rumore proveniente dalla strada principale è perenne, ma essendo situato in una via abbastanza frequentata dalle auto, motorini e bus (all'interno di ROMA) non ci si può lamentare. Unica pecca per il tendaggio che ahimè oscura ben poco le stanze. Parere personale: sarebbe necessario aggiungere uno specchio all'ingresso dell'appartamento, in modo tale da non dover entrare in camera con le scarpe per usarne uno.

• rocio julia (7/5): Por lo que vale podían mejorarlo - Lo mejor es la ubicación, con el metro y el autobús casi en la puerta, a 5 minutos de San Juan de Letrán. También hay supermercados y restaurantes cercanos a buen precio. Es una buena calle para visitar Roma No me gustó las manchas del edredón que había en el armario. El cuarto de baño era muy viejo y la ducha no se podía sujetar. Tampoco me gustó el poco espacio para comer. Se supone que era un apartamento para 4 personas pero no había más que dos taburetes y una mesita pequeña y baja pegada al sofá cama
• Arian (10/5): Convenient location & fully equipped flat - Convenient location next to metro, easy check in, cleanliness, helpful host, fully equipped kitchen. Small TV, better to leave small packs of detergent for the washing machine, house was cold a bit but bearable, air ventilator for bathroom is needed too

• Natalia maricel (9/5): Hermoso departamento excelente ubicacion - La ubicacion excelente a 100mts del metro, donde puedes llegar muy rapido hacia coliseo, Vaticano y todos Los sitios de interes, el departamento es HERMOSO tiene lo necesario, todos Los utencillos para cocinar , lavadora hasta plancha para ropa. Lo unico malo no, malisimo es que no tiene aire acondicionado. Y el sol da en el frente todo el dia. Hace mucho calor. Eso es lo unico negativo. Igual hay dos ventiladores disponibles para el uso. Para las personas que sufrimos de calor es imposible.

• Alessandro (5/5): Noisy flat - The position is really convenient, next to the metro stop. Automatic check in was nice The bathroom is way too much old and over used. A complete renovation is necessary. The noise insulation is really poor, you can hear people talking from other flats and the car passing by.
• Bulajic (10/5): Great location for exploring the Rome center! - Appartment is good, big enough for 4 member famillies, clean.... Location is great, 50m from metro station San Giovani. You can go by foot to Coloseum and Roman Forum... afterall very good for the price. Host will send to You passwords for doors opening / unlocking, so keep in mind that You must have mobile internet for main building door ulocking. Appartment door You can unlock using in-house wi-fi. In ground floor of the building You have great little caffe for morning cofee with croisant :-)

• Marjana (10/5): Rim nas je odusevio - First of all, the location is excellent. Everything was nearby, which made it easy for us to find our way very quickly. We were greeted by a ready and beautiful apartment, clean bed linen and towels. Nemamo zamerke, sve je bilo odlicnWe have no complaints, everything was excellent.
• Anna (6/5): It was a good stay overall but the air conditioning at night was always turning off when you needed it. - The murals and it was clean. There was no air conditioning during the night on the hot weather and the fan in the bedroom was too noisy and you could barely feel the air coming from that.
• Bonna (8/5): Very good - cozy apartment, very clean and nice position, between 2 metro stations we had a problem within the key of the apartment, which was electronic and had to stay at least a hour outside trying to open the door. the owner was helpful and we contacted by phone all the time until he resolved the problem. But seriously it was not the best experience for us trying to stay calm outside with a child at the night and so tired.
