Muy recomendable alojarse aquí, estás cerca de todo, en el corazón de Roma. Hemos pasado unos días súper bonitos en Roma, en parte también gracias a Andrea y su buen trato e indicaciones. • Valeria Maria (4/5): - La posizione Stanza freddissima e bagno esterno alla stanza anche esso freddissimo, letto scomodo e lenzuola che non avendo angoli ti ritrovavi a dormire sul materasso( poco igienico). Porta della camera che non si chiudeva e dovevi utilizzare una sedia per tenerla chiusa. Cialde caffè insufficienti per tre giorni 4 cialde per due persone.

• Ursula (8/5): - Die Lage ist fantastisch, in einem sehr netten Viertel. Die Engelsburg ist 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt und auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. Im Zimmer befindet sich eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher und Tee. Zimmer zum Innenhof, deshalb ruhig. Bett sehr gemütlich, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Den Vermieter sahen wir nicht, kein persönlicher Kontakt, was uns aber nicht stört. Für den Selfcheck-in bekommt man alle notwendigen Informationen zeitgerecht und ausführlich - alles ganz easy. Freundliche Kommunikation.
• Ashley (8/5): - The location is fantastic. The room is comfortable. The check-in instructions were very thorough and the host was very nice. The floor needs to be mopped. There were mosquitoes in the room - a window was open in the bathroom when we arrived. The air conditioning didn't cool the room very much.

Удачное местоположение относительно всех популярных достопримечательных мест! Тишина во внутреннем дворе Не убирались 4 дня. Неприятный пол, некомфортно босиком! Атмосфера не соответствует фото, довольно мрачный тусклый свет, тк мало естественного света! Окна выходят на окна соседей буквально в полуметре, слышимость на лестничной площадке большая. Поломанная урна, двери плохо закрываются, не было гель душа (будто выломал кто-то держатель). Две вешалки, при отсутствии шкафа в целом. В целом дорого, для своих недостатков, но для ночлега кровать шикарная мягкая удобная🤍 спасибо!

• Tin (10/5): - The apartment is in an excellent location, close to all the attractions in the center of Rome. Some previous reviews mentioned street noise, but we didn’t have any issues with that even with the windows open. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the host was very approachable and responsive to all our questions. Definitely a great central Rome location that we’ll be happy to return to.

• Sonia (8/5): Property is in a very convenient location, suited our purposes really well. Great place to stay but it is a bed and bath - Great central location, walking distance to major attractions and plenty of restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed. The property is self check in, with the details sent to you 4 hrs prior to check in, but it is clear and easy to understand, however some people may not like this arrangement. Would have been nice to have a microwave, cutlery and basic crockery available and tea/coffee replenished each day.
• Faisal (4/5): Disappointing - The only thing that was really good was the location, which was excellent and very close to the center. First, there is no kitchen. The room is very small, and there is no closet to store clothes. The lighting is very poor, and the mattresses are not very clean.

• Ga (8/5): Good value for money :) - The location was perfect. It was easy to reach the famous landmarks as well as Vatican on foot. The apartment was clean. The bed was super comfortable. Everything was fine, except the bedroom door didn't close, and the light from the staircase was annoying at night. The owner was not able to provide a second blanket at request, but otherwise everything was great.

• Jessie (6/5): Overall I enjoyed the apartment and I really enjoyed the location/street/piazza it was on. I would only stay aga - The location was amazing! Most monuments we were interested in seeing were walking distance (around 35 minutes or less). I also loved the street and piazza this apartment was on. The apartment was nice and quiet but the street was usually hustling and bustling with life and activity! The wifi did not work in the room when we were there. We were only able to connect to the wifi from either the first floor hallway (the apartment is on the second floor) or the piazza in front of the apartment building. There was also little to no cell service in the room. This was a bummer since we still needed to plan and book portions of our trip. This was also inconvenient for simple tasks such as checking the weather forecast for the day. We would have liked to use the TV to stream shows or movies when we were relaxing in the room but that also requires wifi. The shower was funky too but we were able to make it work. It would have been nice if it had a door to close it all the way.

• Katarina (8/5): Place for couples in the heart of Rome - The location of the place is awesome. Everything around the Rome was 20-30 minutes away by foot. It is a perfect location if you plan to walk around the Rome and not think about the public transportation. The bathroom is spatious, with hair dryer and towels included. Bed is really big and super comfy, which was really important to me. Internet was working great, and air condition kept us warm during the colder days. Place is missing storage and seating spaces. You only have a bed, small desk table (without any chair) and a hook on the wall with seveal hangers which was not mounted properly and we were not confident it would hold our jackets, as it seemed like it would fall off. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay. I would just suggest the owner to add some chair and maybe some small cabinet for storing the clothes, and to provide additional set of towels and sheets, so guest that are staying a bit longer could change them.
