It has the “wow factor” but needs some maintenance and upkeep to reach 5 stars. - The open design of the house; the views; the rooftop outdoor area; the pool; overall location. Appliances and items that did not work or were broken e.g., TV’s and remotes for main bedroom and rooftop; the fire and BBQ lighters; the coffee machine; and the screen doors for main living area (meaning doors had to be closed at sunset due to the bugs) … with temperatures above 30C it was hot and stuffy. In addition, the lawn was overgrown and the garden needed maintenance. Lots of dead palm fronds around the pool and plants encroaching on front gate and main entrance. There is an unpleasant damp soil smell in the 3rd bedroom.
