• marie-pierre (7/5): - Emplacement très proche du Vatican. Très bien placé. Joli quartier. Alessandra la propriétaire est très gentille et accueillante. Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Idéal pour ne faire qu'y dormir. Construction d'un immeuble juste en face. Très bruyant dès 8h du matin Nous sommes tombés sur une mauvaise période. Dommage.
• Ewelina (10/5): - Mieszkanie jest kilka minut spacerem od placu sw Piotra, blisko knajpki na śniadanie, obiad,obiadokolacje czy Aperitivo. Blisko przystanek autobusowy i sklepik. Samo mieszkanie czyste i bardzo zadbane, bardzo wygodne łóżka co przy problemach z kręgosłupem i po całym dniu zwiedzania, było zbawienne. W mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką.
• céline (8/5): Proche Vatican - L'emplacement est très proche du Vatican. Une supérette est proche de l'appartement. l'hotesse est très sympathique. L'appartement est décoré avec goût. Pour les personnes âgées, il faut indIquer qu'il y a une marche pour accéder aux toilettes et à la baignoire.

• Hector (10/5): Muy buena experiencia - La ubicación es increíble, justo al lado del Vaticano y muy bien comunicado con el resto de Roma con transporte público. Las camas muy cómodas, y el piso perfectamente equipado. La anfitriona además muy amable, y nos indicó restaurantes cercanos que merecían la pena.

• alen (9/5): Perfect Apartment Near Vatican City – Comfortable & Great Location - I stayed here for a long weekend and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The apartment is in an excellent location, just steps away from Vatican City, making it easy to explore the area. It’s very spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Being on the 1st floor with a lift was also very convenient if you have elder family members. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby, serving great food at very reasonable prices. The host, Alessandra, was wonderful – communication was easy, and she made everything simple and stress-free. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Rome – it truly felt like a home away from home.

• HYEJIN (9/5): - 다른 회의일정을 마치고 친구 두명과 숙박했는데 바티칸광장도 도보로 15분정도이고 바로 3분거리에 테르미니역까지 가는 64번 버스가 있어서 트레비 분수나 산타마조레 성당가기도 좋았다.,.방2개에 거실.부엌이 있는 구조이고 5명정도는 묶을수 있을거 같았다. . 친절한 알레산드리아에게 고맙다는 인사를 전한다. 화장실이 하나 뿐이란게 좀 아쉽다

Location is perfect not just to reach Vatican city but to access all Rome area. A little bit comment on room heating knobs that need to be renewed. (luckily we used the accomodation not in the winter seasson)

Fantastic restaurants nearby. Grocery store around the corner. Unit and bed were comfortable. The host supplied an amazing amount of treats and amenities. Great communication with the owner. Check-in/out was a breeze. Of all the places we stayed in Italy (there were several), this was our favorite stay. Would definitely stay here again! The proximity to the train station means it’s a bit noisy from that perspective, especially if you like to have your windows open. AC is available though if you want to reduce the neighborhood noise.

• Elizabeth (3/5): Unexpectedly disappointed - Apartment bedrooms were very spacious. Close to a train station. Didn't get a very good walk through of apartment. We didn't know how to work the washer. We had an air conditioner that had a vent line that kept falling out and blowing out hot air into the room. Notes left in kitchen told us to sort and take trash out, but we did not know how this was to be done nor where the apartment's trash was to be taken. Our host was going to send us restaurant recommendations but didn't send them to us until our last night when it did us no good. Neighborhood businesses were not friendly to Americans. We would not stay here again.
• Yulia (10/5): Great place to make your Rome experience optimal. - The apartment was very clean and cozy. Had everything, that we could possibly need to make the stay pleasant. Alessandra was amazing about letting us check in early and very prompt to communicate when we needed help. There is a church right across the street that had bells going starting 7 am, but it was actually a very nice to have a wake up service like this as we absolutely not planning to sleep in and miss daylight for sightseeing. They stopped with the bells after 6 pm. Other than that the street is pretty quiet and still close to major attractions, we were able to walk places. Vatican is just couple of minutes away. Absolutely would stay here again.

• Nicholas (9/5): 3 nights in Rome - Alessandra, the hostess, was excellent. Great communication by WhatsApp and booking.com messaging app, with lots of helpful recommendations to enhance our stay. Alessandra provided complimentary items on arrival (including some particularly nice cakes which the kids loved) and also arranged travel to the airport for us. Facilties were good, including the coffee machine with coffee pods! Location was great. 5-7 min walk to The Vatican, but also 2 mins to train and bus for easy access to the rest of the city (with tourist travelcard). No. 64 bus takes you right past St. Peter's, across the river and down the main street to get to Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza Navona etc. in 20 mins. The kitchen, bathroom and lounge are a little compact, but hey it's Rome. All good
• Mohammed (5/5): Bad experience - The kitchen is well equipped. You can find anything you need in home kitchen. - AC is very very bad, while booking it says air conditioning but there is only air conditioning in sleeping rooms and it is bad, it is like there is no air conditioning at all, worst night’s sleeping ever specially in summer. Maybe they can use the money which they take extra from you to install better air conditioning. - the owner only cares about money, he will try to make you pay more, at some point he wanted to charge a 2 years old baby as an adult full price. He wanted you to pay in advance right away. - he was late for check in even that I informed him I will be arriving at a certain time but I ended up waiting for 30 minutes in the street. - the bathroom flushing was broken and you have to use the other button, there was no Shampoo. Overall experience was bad and I don’t recommend staying here, at this prices you can find better options in city center.

• Nokulunga (8/5): Great Location in the Vatican - The bathroom was really small and the shower was difficult to navigate.
• Joan (1/5): Deception and abuse: 50 euros more for nothing - I did not like the experience in this accommodation at all. They charged me 50 euros extra for arriving at night that were not stipulated in the reservation of booking and 31.50 euros of tourist taxes. Upon arrival and as seen in the photo there was a box to collect the keys autonomously, so it was clearly to get an extra. The owner was very disrespectful and annoyed with the issue of paying this extra. She had a problem with her payment application (sumup) and she kept calling and writing to me all weekend to claim the money that had not arrived. When she finally received the payment, she did not even apologize for the inconvenience. I found it a lack of professionalism and consideration. I paid 500 euros for the stay and she treated me as if she only cared about the money. I do not recommend this site to anyone looking for a cordial and honest treatment.

• Stephen (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome - We loved the location and the apartment was perfect for a small family. It was very quiet and conveniently located within a 5-10 minute walk of St Peter's square with good access to public transportation and nearby grocery stores, restaurants and within walking distance of the Trastevere neighbourhood. Our host Alessandra was very helpful and got back to us quickly with questions we had.

• Nicole (2/5): Deceiving and our family felt very unsafe - The apartment is very nice and spotless and very comfortable The apartment is very nice and clean we thought the location was safe however we had the worst travelling experience ever. Once we arrived the apartment was not ready for 2pm as requested and ask us to wait until 3pm. We advised her we will go for lunch parked the car on the street in front of the apartment with our suitcases and belongings and while we were lunching a few blocks walking distance in broad daylight our rental car was broken into and all our belongings gone. The passenger window was smashed broken glasses on the street. We decided to leave Rome the next day as we had nothing but the clothes on our back not even toiletries. We were suppose to stay for 6 nights the experience left us with a very sour taste. The son of the host was helpful to take us to the police station for the police report and did the best he could. Having said that I was requested to pay the city taxes in full and the host refused to compromise and even when I asked Booking to release the apartment back to the host as we left the next morning and I advised her accordingly. The tone was far from friendly and was more concerned about her loss which by the way she did not occur any at all and to be blame for the event. At no time I blamed the host however it happened as I rented their place in front of the apartment while I was waiting for the place to be ready..... and in the middle of the afternoon nobody did not see anything. I would not recommend this place as I would not wish to anybody what happened to us. I never had to write such a sour review on any places I had to stay
