Consigliato!! - L'appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario e si trova in un'ottima posizione e soprattutto il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo dato i costi di affitto degli appartamenti in zone centrali come questa. A mio parere ci siamo trovati molto bene per la nostra necessità di soggiornare dal 30 dicembre al 2 gennaio a Firenze centro per le festività di capodanno; non mi sento di aggiungere nessun parere negativo a riguardo.

• Cara (6/5): It was a good location for the price. Host were not responsive - We could check in whenever we wanted with a door code. We did not know we would need to call a number to unlock the door. We were traveling from out of the country and didn’t have access to a phone at first.

Proche de la gare. - L’emplacement , la taille de l’appartement , chambres spacieuses. Manque de couverts ( fourchettes et petites cuillères ), rue un peu bruyante tôt le matin et la mitoyenneté ( hôtel ) assez bruyant ….

• Tracy (9/5): This is a great, roomy apartment in a wonderful neighborhood.Highly recommend this apartment! - Location was fantastic. Easy to walk everywhere and so many restaurants in the neighborhood. A 5 minute walk from the train station. It is near the Arno river, and away from the crowded streets. But it is easily within 10-15 minutes walk of most everything. Very clean and very roomy. Beds are very comfortable. There is an elevator also, which was great to bring up our luggage! It is on the second floor. Excellent communication from the management company that runs this apartment. There are 2 bathrooms and we had problems w one of the showers not staying warm, but it was ok and we all just used the one shower. Other than that, no complaints at all!
• Wayne (7/5): Good - Good location, walking distance from the train station, the property is spacious for a family of 6. The floor in the kitchen was sticky, the toilet was humid. Overall the apartment was not in the best shape. We called the emergency number (stated as 24/7 available) at around 10pm and 8:30am but no response.
• Angela (10/5): Perfect if you want a place with space in a great location. - Our group of 4 stayed here 5 nights and it was perfect. The place felt huge - it could easily accommodate a large family or group of 6-8 people. The bedrooms all had large double beds and one room also had an additional large single bed. The kitchen had a small 6-seater dining table but there was a large lounge room with couch, chairs and an additional table, so there was plenty of room. There were also 2 bathrooms and 2 separate large balconies (one overlooking the street and the other overlooking a large internal courtyard. The check in process was simple, and the area felt safe. There is a supermarket very close and plenty of eating and shopping options nearby. On Saturday there was a market in our street. Brilliant location, brilliant apartment - highly recommend.
• Ma (10/5): Wonderful place! - It's a fantastic place and location! 1km from the Duomo and there are restaurants and supermarkets a few steps away. The rooms are the best. It was the best place we have ever been on our Italy trip. The rooms are huge and clean and the kitchen has everything we need. The living room is great for watching TV and having some drinks. The balconies are my favorite. Really European. Facing a wonderful garden and having mosquito nets. Highly recommended. Nothing really.

• Guy (10/5): Exceptional - The facilities were exactly as I expected. It was within a 10 minute walk from the train station, located in a decent, safe location with several mini-markets and restaurants nearby. We were at the midpoint of our two week vacation, so it was great to have a clothes washer. 10-20 minute walk to many tourist sites. Air conditioning worked well to beat the summer heat. Minor things only. It would have been nice if the balconies were cleaner. One had one broken chair and one extremely weathered chair, and a stack of spare tiles used during upgrade. And a loose kitchen cabinet handle. We do not expect perfection and were still able to use the facilities, so nothing major complain about by far. We were there to rest in the evenings and also in between outings. To that end this place was exactly what we needed.

• Saskia (6/5): Pleasant - Location, location, location. The spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The living room sofa is totally uncomfortable. Sitting on springs. It's dirty as is the Ikea lounger. While spacious, the apartment is a bit rundown. The airco in one of the bedrooms was broken and not fixed during our stay. It was very hot in Florence and hence impossible to sleep there. Communication with the host was minimal. Too many names and contact numbers. No idea who to contact.
• Brockerhoff (8/5): Overall the place was more than satisfactory. - The apartment is large and the location is great. One of the bathrooms wasn’t clean and the toilet seat was broken. Cleaning should be more thorough. Also not enough toilet paper and no hand soap.
• Jen (8/5): Very good - Great location Beds were very comfy Nicely upgraded With 6 of us staying we ran out of toilet paper. Would have been good to have oil, salt & pepper for cooking etc.

• Meiram (2/5): Don't deal with these people and this apartment - Флоренция интересный город From the very beginning the host was not replying to the messages and was not picking up the phone. As eventually I doscovered she was just playing for the time, as apartment was not ready. Apartment was dirty and cleaning person was only starting to clean when we arrived around 16:00. After we were asked to leave the apartment, as we were disturbing cleaning lady.... We came around 22:00 home. There was no soap. Beds had no sheets. Overall it was the worst 500 euros spent
• Susan (9/5): It was great and all we needed but more towels and more bathroom hooks would have been good - Great apartment It was strange to dial a phone number to unlock a door… never had that experience in any other rental and it didn’t really seem to work well. The stove was impossible to figure out… even with you tube videos we couldn’t figure it out
• Alison (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent--5 mins walk from the tram stop to the airport, 15-20 minutes from all the major tourist sites and yet away from the hustle and bustle. A short 5 minutes walk to the Arno.
• Katrina (9/5): Great location, great apartment - Good location - 5 minute walk to station and close to all the sights. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Balconies front and back. All good. Extra set of keys would have been useful.
• Mariana (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very spacious and full of light! The kitchen is well equipped, it only lacks wine glasses. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are great! The location is very good. Cleaning!!! They should definitely change the cleaning company. The floors were terribly dirty. Full of dust and peaces of dirt. I would definitely return to this apartment if they manage to do a proper cleaning of the floors, because everything else was great.

• Cara (8/5): Very good - The info sent to help us find and access the property was great. Good location, with many sites within walking distance as was the train/tram station. There were grocery shops, places to eat, luggage storage, and a Saturday market all on the same street or just around the corner. The apartment was well appointed and great for a family to use. 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 balconies, several places to sit and eat in the sun were all great. The welcome bag with info on how to deal with rubbish and extra soaps and a map was good. We watched thousands of starlings murmurate every evening from the street side balcony. Staff were friendly and the phone call to open the doors was a useful backup when one of our keys didn't work. The elevator was very handy too. We didn't use them but each room had AC in. Previous tenants had caused some damage to furniture/facilities which wasn't fixed when our stay started but the staff member who came to fix it was really helpful and had the problem sorted quickly. The apartment managers had changed the entry lock so we were without a key to the building entry but there was a phone number to call that let us in which was a handy back up. We didn't discover the foyer cabinet had more plates and glasses before the end of our stay - a little welcome guide of where to locate things in the apartment would have been handy for that.

Would definitely consider staying here again! - Great location- walkable distances, very close to train station and not too far even from the Uffizi. Staff accommodated us dropping off bags early (after slight confusion with cleaning staff). Espresso machine was a little tricky to use (probably very well loved:) and the water temperature for the showers was finicky until the last day.
• Anonymous (10/5): Highly recommend this lovely and well kept apartment - We very much enjoyed this rental. It is very spacious and well maintained. Comfortable and spacious, with a nice decor. Perfect for our family of five. It is located close to the train station with a nearby grocery, plus great restaurants and gelato shops. There are balconies on two sides, lovely tile floors and bathrooms, clothes washer, dining areas, and a kitchen with a few eating wares and cookwares. Beds were comfortable. And the hosts were communicative and responsive, providing clear information on how to find and check in/out of the property. Very minor item- the larger pots seem not to work on the induction stove. Might also add a couple more plates and bowls.

• Semola (9/5): I would definitely stay at one of their properties again while in Florence. - We felt safe. It was all recently renovated and they did a beautiful job. WiFi did not work. Lack of water pressure and water turning hot/cold was aggravating.
