- Emilly (1/5): - The host didn’t sent us any information about check in.
Despite being asked the day before and the hour before check in was reported to be available.
It took 4 hours after check in - so 7pm - to get any details.
The host didn’t reply to booking.com either so we were forced to find last minute accomodation after we had been standing out the front of the building for 4 hours trying to get onto someone.
- robin (3/5): Smelly - The room smells of drains which made the whole experience pretty unpleasant .
- Michelle (7/5): - Great location be mindful of the factory over the road as deliveries are very early There was a problem with the drainage hence the lower score the team came out rapidly to try to fix it .
- Daniel (8/5): Great base for North London - The room was in a quiet street with good transport access and plenty of options for food nearby. The host was good at responding to any queries. The room was clean and well furnished. The bed was comfy. The kitchenette had good pans and crockery for meals. I would have liked a table to sit at for my meals. There is enough room for a small one. The tv reception is really bad and the WiFi is slow. I resorted to watching streaming entertainment on my own data.
- Jennifer (8/5): Overall great stay! - Easy location to get to
Host was quick to respond to my questions
Good ammenities
Close to centre of London
Overall good stay! Only small thing was the bathroom was a little small but it was clean
- Rhianon (9/5): Our second stay here and we will definitely be staying again. Amazing value for money in an ideal location. We really en - Perfect location for us. The TV signal is really bad
- Nathan (7/5): Good -
- Carolyn (7/5): The appartment was positioned very well for us but unfortunately the things mentioned above did mean we couldn’t rate th - The property was close to family, railway station and grocery store.
The washing machine worked very well - spun the clothes well so that they dried easily in the room. It was 4.30 before we got a code to open the door and only then after 2 phone calls to find how much longer we had to wait.
A bath mat, hand towel and tea towel would have been a good addition to the property. The shower did not drain well and a lot of scum came from the drain when it did eventually drain.
- Virginia (7/5): Good - Weekend parking nearby. Clean, comfortable, functional accommodation
- Surjit (5/5): Passable -
- Bram (3/5): Pleasant apartment but not very clean, not a great location - The property was comfortabel and basics for cooking were there. Bed was comfortable. The hallways were dirty, someone smoked in there. Very noisy, appartement wasn’t very clean. Not great communication from hosts. Location is inconvenient and feels unsafe at night
- Roksana (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great, a walking distance from Camden or King's Cross. Sainsbury's just two minutes from the stay. Very soft carpet, comfy bed. I couldn't hear any noises from other rooms, a quiet place. The studio hasn't seen deep cleaning for a longer time. The shower tiles were covered with mold, as was the silicone - disgusting. There was a fresh leaking on the ceiling, worth a bit of paint. I wasn't informed that there is a construction site on the opposite side of the road - lucky me, I was staying mostly during weekend so they weren't working.
- Silva (7/5): Good - Location difficult to find
- Selley (5/5): Disappointed in Camden - I liked the help that Sam gave after we learned that we couldn't stay in our originally booked apartment and that he found us alternative accomodation. Sam helped us with our questions as much as possible. That upon arrival we were advised that we had been double booked and we were being relocated to another a flat that we didn't really have much choice over. Although this wasn't completely Sam's fault as we received the email from booking.com earlier today explaining the move, but it arrived late.
The flat we were moved too was sold as an upgrade and quote "much better than the apartment we had booked" but when we arrived it was quite disappointing. Being further out than originally booked, not clean as we would have expected and lacking in several key elements we would expect for an apartment stay. We didn't say anything as we'd driven for over 4 hours to arrive there and just didn't need the hassle of cancelling and then having to find somewhere else to stay at short notice. After checking the pricing on your site we would definitely not say it was worth the money it would have cost us. Also we were very curious as to why we got bumped to a different place when we arrived at 4pm just at check in time, no one else was at the original apartment and we were actually told the 2nd flat was an upgrade. It worries us as to how good the first place actually was. We have photo's of the flat we stayed in to prove how disappointing it was, especially for £363 per night on your site.
- Lorenzo (4/5): Disappointing - The room and the building were not exactly clean. Especially at the entrance of the building, there were some old furniture and old washing machine and a mattress left there as thrash.
The bedsheets had some stains unfortunately, and walls were paper-thin and you could hear everything coming from the corridor and from the other apartments.
The 'neighbours' have been extremely noisy all night long, and some even started ringing the doorbell of every apartment at 4am.
Last but not the least, the corridor was impregnated of a strong smell of weed, which we could slightly smell from inside the room too.
- Chris (4/5): Passable - needs work done, and very noisy area - Decent location, not too far from transport links.
The bed was comfy enough, though it was very bouncy.
There was a hairdryer, a TV, shower, chair, bed, fridge, kettle, toaster. There was a large patch of mould on the wall & ceiling beside the bed.
The small sink in the bathroom drained very slowly so it was always dirty.
The area is really noisy - there's building works going on across the road, so from 6am there's beeping and crane engines going.
The entrance area to the block of flats is filled with junk and bins etc.
- Ian (6/5): Ok but take ear plugs - There was nothing that stood out that I liked. Maybe the coffee and tea supply. Was very loud with the neighbours and the people consuming alcohol out the property late at night. Tv didn’t work, rubbish and laundry welcomes you when you enter property
- Joseph (7/5): Good -
- Dustin (5/5): Ok - Really comfortable beds The shower was temperamental. It would go cold every 30 seconds
- Tom (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alasdair (7/5): Good -
- Ian (4/5): Disappointing - It was ok for the price
- David (8/5): Telly was temperamental but it was worth living with fir the price ⭐️ - 5 ⭐️ Basic, clean and park your car friendly
- Neil (3/5): Convenient location for the LDN EGG nightclub but little else to recommend it - The apartment was very well located for the function I was attending. The bed was reasonably comfortable. However, given the cost of it, there was little else to recommend in terms of value for money. The shower and toilet was tiny. The toilet seat was broken. The shower temperature went from freezing to scalding without touch any of the controls. The radiator leaked with a constant drip onto the floor. I didn’t use the kitchen but it wouldn’t have been much value for anything more than toast or a microwave meal. The insulation was awful and the noise from the road was intense. I was woken by very angry arguing in the street below despite being 2 floors up.
- Anonymous (7/5): Very comfortable but smelled strongly of smoke - The bed was comfortable, the shower worked perfectly, all the appliances worked great and they were even kind enough to stock me up with some tea bags. All the towels, pillows and quilts were lovely and clean too. So my room specifically smelled as if someone was smoking in it for some reason- as if there was some residual smell or something. Also the Sunday night I stayed there was workmen above me moving things around at midnight which wasn’t exactly ideal.
- Afz1992 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vicky (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Krystynanna (3/5): Poor - Bed was comfortable Drains blocked in sink and shower; had to stop showering 3 times and wait until the water would get through clogged drain otherwise I will flood the bathroom. Bathroom and toilet are tiny. Door in a shower cabin broken
