• Wojciech (6/5): Za tą cenę spodziewalem się czegoś lepszego. - Dobra lokalizacja pod względem transportowym. Niewygodne łóżka (kanapa w salonie ma połamane deski), słabe wyposażenie kuchni, uszkodzona roleta w sypialni, skrzypiące łóżko w sypialni, hałas z ulicy przez całą dobę.
• Guest (7/5): Bene o male… - La casa è molto bella, in una posizione top. Metro e bus letteralmente sotto casa. Tutta Londra è facilmente raggiungibile con 15–20 min di mezzo. Non chiarissime alcune informazioni sul luogo esatto della casa, sul check in e sul come far partire il boiler per scaldare l’acqua. Mancavano cose essenziali come un asciugamano/tappeto per la doccia (si allaga il bagno facilmente), un ripiano per far asciugare i piatti lavati e dei teli per la cucina. Solo su richiesta e cercando negli scaffali abbiamo trovato qualche telo/presa per i fornelli. Come tappeto doccia abbiamo dovuto usare degli asciugamani generici. Siamo entrati in casa, tra l’altro, con ancora l’asciugatrice attiva dal precedente lavaggio fatto per il soggiorno precedente al nostro. Non il massimo. Cosa altro non mi è piaciuto? Materasso scomodo, alcune doghe sono rotte, mi svegliavo con il mal di schiena. Attenzione perché poco sopra il letto c’è uno spiraglio di aria da fuori, quindi passi la notte col soffio freddo addosso. Altri dettagli spiacevoli: i lavori costanti alle 8 del mattino al piano inferiore (sfortuna nostra?), il check out con la donna delle pulizie arrivata alle 9.53 pretendo uscissimo subito quando il check out era alle 10.00 e stavamo chiudendo le valigie. Tra l’altro mi chiedo come sia possibile che il check in avvenga solo dalle 16 se c’è così attenzione al farti uscire di casa puntualissimo. Ah e se vuoi entrare prima e/o uscire dopo? 10£ all’ora. No comment. Voto 7 solo perché la casa è accogliente e pulita e con una buona posizione, caratteristiche non facili da individuare negli appartamenti di Londra…. Ma molto su cui lavorare.

• Yuko (8/5): よかった - 場所がいい。 駅にもバスにも近い。 清潔感がある。 必要なものは揃っている。 説明がわかりやすい。 大通りに面しているので真夜中でもうるさい。2025年8月現在下が工事中なので、日中も部屋で過ごしたい人には不向きだと思う。ベットの寝心地が悪かった。

• Daisy (10/5): Great stay! - Great stay! The flat was clean and tidy, the wifi was fast, and the bed was comfy. The host was responsive and friendly. I can recommend this place.
• Erick (5/5): Need some basic fixing in bathroom and investment in a new bed - Clean Easy access The shower malfunctions and there is no seal for the protective glass, so bathroom flooding is guaranteed The bed is old and not really confortable

• Ivy (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is close to the Swiss Cottage station, only a minute on foot. The host was friendly and the flat was great, clean and modern. REcommended.

• Jill (9/5): Superb - The flat was in a really good location for the tube, handy shops, restaurant and cinema all close by. Everything necessary is provided in the flat, including ample bedding and towels. The host gave good clear instructions on accessing the flat and was helpful with queries It was a bit noisy, but being on a busy road you have to expect that!

• Nicola (6/5): Pleasant - Great proximity to tube for accessing Wembley stadium. Modern decor. Not really a 'didn't like' as such but hadn't realised it was right next to a very busy main road with traffic almost all night long so unable to have windows open, making it more stuffy and didn't help the strange smell which was in the flat.
• Jelena (7/5): Good - Location is great, there is a metro station in front of the building. Host is kind and responsive Bed was very uncomfortable in bedroom as well as in dining room. Checkout is at 10am and if you want to leave your baggage or stay a bit later you have to pay 10£ per hour.
• Sabine (5/5): Sufficient if you're not looking for special place - Kitchen well equipped. Very safe place. Bus stop directly in front of the house, tube station just a few steps to walk. Directly at a very busy and loud road, but if you keep the windows closed, it's quiet enough to sleep properly. It's called "cozy flat" – depends on what you consider to be cozy! If I would have to name it, I would rather go for the word "functional", for my taste it wasn't cozy at all! But, still, okay for our short stay for just one night.

• Robert (7/5): Good location, terrible beds. - Very good location just across the road from Swiss Cottage tube. Very clean and not too loud considering there is a main road right outside. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on and the double in the other room was tiny. I ended up sleeping on the floor for the second night as it was that uncomfortable on the sofa bed. They just need to invest in a decent one and then I’d have no issue.

• Valerie (7/5): Good - Good location near the Swiss Cottage station. Clean. Kitchen amenities provided. Bed was uncomfortable. The door to the flat was through an alley and people from adjacent flats could walk right beside the bedroom window.
• Pedro (9/5): Located by the Jubilee Line, which crosses all others. - Located 1min walking from Swiss Cotage (Jubilee Line) and 5 min from South Hampstead (London Overground). There is a Tesco and a M&S 2min walking. Very clean and cozy. Good communication with the owner. A tap needed some fixing but it didn't limiting (and it is probably fixed by now). For more than 2 people stays, who sleeps on the living room will probably hear some road noise (but we were ok). I would stay there again.
• Hilary (7/5): Good - The apartment is in a great position, right by the underground station and local shops. It was basic but spotlessly clean. There were plenty of plug sockets throughout the apartment. Access is up three flights of stairs and the light wasn't working so it was dark at night. We found it odd that the owner asked that dishes were cleaned before leaving but didn't provide tea towels. There was no anti-slip mat in the bath and it was slippy when showering. I did contact the owner, who said there should be one but we couldn't find it anywhere in the apartment. A mirror in the bedroom would have been useful.
• Deborah (8/5): Great location, clean and spacious. Would stay again if needed to be in that location. - Perfect location for where we needed to be near to central school or drama. Clean and easy to get to. Sofa bed not comfortable. I’m 45 and found it very uncomfortable and it came apart in the night. Maybe for kids it would be fine though.
• Nick (10/5): Great stay! - I enjoyed to stay there, it was tidy and lovely. Well-equipped kitchen, a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. Friendly and responsive host, with easy check-in and clear instructions. Only a minute to metro station. Location is really great, many restourants bars and shops. I can recommend this place. TV works only internet :(
• Emanuel (1/5): Disappointed - Well positioned Wasn’t clean, the entire apartment smelled, very bad bed. At 10pm we had to clean the apartment so we can feel little bit leaving closer to normal.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The tv didn’t work. The only seats to sit on to eat were the bar stools which were also uncomfortable.

• John (6/5): Quite acceptable for the price. - It was convenient for me. The access code I was given was incorrect causing considerable difficulty and I gained entry by luckily guessing the correct code! Otherwise flat clean and adequate.

• Olivia (10/5): Perfect stay, just as described! - The apartment was absolutely perfect and just like the pictures so there weren’t any surprises. It was super clean and perfect for the three of us. Was a little difficult to find for someone from a small city and had to walk a few minutes from where we parked but I do not have a single bad thing to say about the property itself.

• Tayler (7/5): Cozy flat - Lovely, clean and comfortable flat, would recommend. Unable to work hot water on shower. TV was a nightmare to use..if you don't have a Netflix account or amazon account then your stuffed.

The location is awesome as it is near to everything! It was surprisingly spacious as well. Thank you Naz for the welcome chocolate. Nothing. This apartment is perfect.
