• Janet (8/5): Very pleasant stay in a beautiful apartment right on the sea front with a lovely view from balcony. - We really enjoyed our short stay in Cottesloe Beach View apartment. It is a very comfortable apartment with a lovely view. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Host communicated all information needed in a timely fashion and it was easy to access apartment with her instructions. Safe underground carpark was great to have also. Found the bedrooms a bit warm by night . No inbuilt airconditioning in bedrooms .There was a free standing air conditioning unit in the bedrooms but we didnt find this as effective as the inbuilt airconditioning in the living area.

It was very large, comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for an easy stay. Imogen, our host was great. She communicated well with us and was super responsive to any questions we had and we even managed to secure an early check in. We were so sad to leave. Nothing

Cafes, bars and restaurants close to the apartment. Clean, comfortable accommodation. Fully equipped with everything you’d need for a beach holiday - washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, kitchen stocked with crockery and the like. A selection of books and magazines to enjoy….there was even beach towels!! Our host was so helpful and informative. You did a fantastic job, Imogen.

• Brian (9/5): - Location, facilities, more than expected equipment and utensils. Fantastic stay and a big thank you to Imogen and service team. No access to the main street at the front of the apartment block from the apartment would have an excellent scenario, but more of a minor convenience to be honest. Veranda doors can be a bit noise with high winds and loud traffic noises, didn't effect us as tired after our long days.

Unit has been renovated. Host Imogen was very helpful. N/A.
• Pauline (10/5): One of the best apartments I have stayed in.. - A beautiful aspect overlooking the ocean. Apppliances, decor and. communication with the host was excellent.. Even though there are stairs at the front, there are none if you access vai the rear lane. It's very close to the Ocean Beach Hotel and a good Thai restauranrt and a short walk to the IGA.

Was expecting a little more for cost. Only got 1 towel each for the entire week, although there was washing facilities there. I just didn’t want to be washing all the time. No tea towels provided.

The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions, and could also accommodate our request for a late check out. The view from the apartment was amazing, and the location was surprisingly quiet.

• Delphine (9/5): - Very confortable apartment, just in front of the beach. Milk, coffee, tea, oil, sugar, salt etc available for free in the kitchen The area is too quiet on evenings, a bit lifeless and dark. The supermarket is far from the apartment (but it can be reached by bus) .

• Sonya (9/5): Loved our stay. The apartment is perfectly placed with amazing views. - The apartment was very clean and provided many little comfort details. It was generously stocked with everything you might need for a stay including all those little annoying items like gladwrap and alfoil, kitchen bags and spices. Lots of crockery and cutlery so we didn't have to wash every time we ate. The view was spectacular. The host was easy to contact and replied immediately. Great stay choice.

• David (9/5): Excellent apartment with a lovely ocean view - An excellent place to stay - clean, comfortable and in a great location The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and the balcony overlooking the ocean was a nice place to hang out. There are plenty of places to eat within a short walking distance, and there is a decent supermarket nearby if you prefer to cook. The owner was helpful and gave good, clear instructions about gaining access.

• Sophia (10/5): Beautiful stay at Cottesloe Beach View Apartments that left us wishing we had planned a longer stay. - Spick and span, lovely aesthetic, beautiful view of the beach, accessibility to the beach was wonderful. Comfortable beds, well furnished with everything we need. Washer and dryer, fridge and dishwasher were very new. Perfect location, convenient reach to groceries (just 5min away). Host Imogen was very accommodating, responsive and lovely and provided an item that we forgot to pack for our trip. The property was not only exactly as it was in photos, but looked and felt even better in real life. Almost nothing I didn’t like, but if I have to choose something, it would be that we had to walk down and up three flights of stairs which were a little difficult to manage with our kids and three pieces of luggage.

• Suzanne (10/5): The host was lovely and sccomadating even bought beach chairs for our beach days - Great location , comfortable beds , kitchen stocked with all that you would require if you planning to cook something instead of dining out all that appliances were in really good condition Hopefully in the future the owner will update the kitchen it is a little tired however as I mentioned above the appliances have been updated

• Gaye (5/5): Definitely not worth the money and would not recommend… - Location. It was very dated. Difficult to find parking area. Lounge and chairs extremely uncomfortable. We found a chocolate wrapper between the sheets, so wondered if the sheets were changed. The steps to the apartment all chipped and was extremely dangerous.

• John (8/5): Nice location and well-equipped, but a little older. - The Apartment overlooks the North Cottesloe Surf Lifesaving Club and the beach there, and has good kitchen facilities and extras such as condiments, cooking oil, coffee pods, milk etc. The bedrooms are at the rear of the property, as is the bathroom. There is a small balcony and lounge/dining table. The linen was of a good standard, and the hostess was very communicative and helpful. We liked the area - easy to get to many places in Perth and Freemantle. The complex in which the apartment is located is older and in need of a refresh. Steps to the door of the apartment need to be negotiated with a little care. There is tight parking for a SUV, although we managed. The kitchen has been refurbished, but the bathroom is older and less inviting. Cottesloe is a trendy beach location; we felt that the unit was slightly overpriced, but others may be prepared to pay for the location - so that is personal preference.

A couple of time the circuit tripped but we managed to reset it with the host's instructions. She is sending an electrician to look into when we left.

Very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Fantastic balcony with an amazing view! Fantastic communication from the owner with incredibly detailed instructions for the apartment, and really lovely personal touches such as a bottle of wine on arrival and Easter biscuits for my children. A light on the balcony would be useful - maybe there was one that we didn’t find?

The accommodation exceeded my expectations as a welcoming, com - The property itself is lovely and its position is gorgeous being on the at the stunningly beautiful Cottesloe Beach. The sunsets are special and you can see Rottnest Island in the distance. At the accommodation, everything you need is provided to begin your stay. There is nothing worse when travelling to find that on arrival you’re not able to settle comfortably until you go shopping. This accommodation is very welcoming. It had everything we needed and more, topping it off with a bottle of wine (and Easter Biscuits). It was a surprise welcoming gift and just made me smile and immediately relax. Nothing

I would definitely recommend it to any solo or couple travelling. Looking out over the ocean was so peaceful with restaurants and bars and beaches within easy walking distance.
