• Mircea (7/5): Ist ok aber keine große Erwartungen haben 😉 - Lage war in Ordnung,10 Minuten zu Fuß von Altstadt. Zimmer direkt zur Straße,sehr befahrene Straße,mit Straßenbahn.Laut und die Nachbarn sind auch nicht besonders vorsichtig da die Zimmer ein „AirBnB sein soll in eine Mehrfamilienhaus.TV drin aber kein Kabel TV,nur ein Smart TV mit Internet wo sich selber mit eigene Konten anmelden soll. Wasserdruck sehr schwach zum duschen. Als schnelle Lösung für Heathen Strike Festival war genügend,10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

• Vera (10/5): - My favorite place to stay when I'm in Brno! Extremely comfortable and clean, with all amenities, beautiful furnishings, very close to the center. The owner is a very nice and friendly woman, she responds to questions immediately, and picking up the key is very convenient. I would gladly book it again.

• Táňa (8/5): - Podrobné informace v emailu. Dřívější chech-in. Fotky areálu a vstupů. Instrukce na pokoji plus tipy na výlety. Různé typy osvětlení. V centru a dosahu všech služeb a chutí.

• Kostiantyn (7/5): Good to stop by between cities - it is not bad, we did not stay much inside, so it was sufficient for sleep and not far from downtown. There were few issues which need to be fixed and it could have been an issue if we stay more than 2 nights. 1st since it is next to stripclub and sport bar, there were loud noises of "happy" ppl in the corridor. 2nd was the light issue but we tried not to lose that switch so we don't get electrocuted.

• Zuzana (9/5): - Pohodové ubytování v centru Brna v docházkové vzdálenosti od hlavního vlakového nádraží. Apartmán není nějak velký, ale byl zcela dostačující pro pobyt dvou osob na víkend. Uklizeno, postel pohodlná. V apartmánu je jediné okno, které je částečně zastíněno zdí, takže v něm není mnoho denního světla. To je ovšem vykompenzováno spoustou možností, jak si v apartmánu svítit - různé led pásky i běžná světla.

• Martina (8/5): - V centre mesta, byt bol čistý, hostiteľka bola milá a rýchlo reagovala na správy. My sme s tým problém nemali, no niektorým hosťom by mohol prekážať hluk z ulice.
• Antti (6/5): - Location of the apartment is really good The soundproofing of the apartment is non-existent, sleeping is difficult with tram-traffic on the street next to the apartment. The shower pressure was very low.

• Martina (4/5): - Největší zklamání: těsně před oknem je zeď domu - to znamená, téměř žádné denní světlo + velmi velmi špatně se větrá.

• MARCIN (7/5): Przyzwoicie - Dobrze zlokalizowany, czytelne instrukcje od właściciela, czysto i jest wszystko co potrzeba. Apartament przy ruchliwej ulicy, tramwaje i samochody generują taki hałas że trudno spać.

• Vyacheslav (7/5): - Location, cleanliness, amenities It was really hot on summer nights, even when it was raining outside. Having the window open didn’t help so much, while the noise of trams and traffic made it hard to sleep. Also, an outside light was located just above the window and would turn on every minute or so. With all these factors, sleeping was not very pleasant in the room D1.

• Nico (10/5): Exceptional - The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is close to the Brno main station and there is a nearby convience store to buy daily items. The owner was quick in helping us out when we were having trouble in locating the place.

• Craig (10/5): Great value is a safe central location - This efficiency apartment was everything I needed it to be. Located on a main tram line and close to the central train station it was very easy to get around. The host provided detailed information on how to get the keys and find the room. It has a well-equipped kitchenette which allowed me to save money on food (The salt & pepper grinders are a nice touch) The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Safety is always my first concern! Traveling for an extended stay the washing machine came in clutch. I stayed here for my 6 nights in Brno and would definitely stay here again.
