• Rudyova (9/5): Recommend. - The location one of the best you can find, the house has everything to cook and have a good bbq with friends. And its far from noise. Little dirty and can improve the quality of house.

• Ines (8/5): Ruhig, erholsam, super Lage, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, jederzeit wieder. - Lage war top, das Meer direkt vor der Nase. Gastgeber gut erreichbar. Waschmaschine war da, hatten wir gebraucht nach 2 Wochen. Sehr ruhig und es kommen immer mal paar Tiere vorbei. Abgelegen, aber nicht ohne Nachbarn, die ganz freundlich waren. Da wir gekocht haben, einfach mal einen Topf mehr in die Küche stellen.Sonst nicht zu bemängeln.
• Gaby (8/5): - Traumhafte Lage am Strand mit freundlichem,hilfsbereiten Vermieter:-) Das einzig Negative: Der Nachbar belästigt täglich durch seine Müllverbrennung:-(
• Sara (9/5): Nel complesso valutazione positiva! - Posizione eccezionale, proprio a due passi dal mare con comoda doccia esterna, parcheggio. Casa spaziosa , con due bagni e arredata con gusto. Cucina ok. Zanzariere e ventilatori a soffitto permettono di dormire senza eccessivo caldo (nb rumore del mare, scimmie urlatrici e galli di notte per alcuni potrebbero risultare poco gradevoli.. per noi tutto ok :)) Sicuramente è difficile tenere una casa così in riva al mare ben pulita ma forse si potrebbe fare qualcosa in più rispetto a come l’abbiamo trovata, comunque accettabile.
• Guest (10/5): A parte de l humo esta bien . - No me gustó que los vecinos pasan quemando basura diariamente. El olor a humo constante que llega a la casa.
• Karla Rivera (9/5): - Tener la playa a unos cuantos pasos es hermoso. Dormir con el sonido del mar, ser visitados por los cangrejos ermitaños y dormir bajo un cielo estrellado son de las cosas bonitas de la vida. Don Alejandro muy amable cordial y siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. La cocina vitrocerámica no es tan versátil ya que necesita utensilios especiales para su adecuado uso.

• Chad (9/5): If it’s relaxation you’re after, look no further! - Excellent beachfront property! Simple, no frills beach house that has everything you need to relax. Beautiful quiet beach and a really great host!
• Seng (10/5): Exceptional - Location was excellent, 40 yards from the beach. Very quiet. The most noise came from the ocean and the birds/howlers. You will have peace and solitude here. Caught fish, excellent shell collecting, sea turtles, crabs, coconuts, mangos, chickens, lots of friendly dogs. Alejandro is a great host. Made sure we had everything we needed. Nada
• Robert (10/5): Beautiful property right on the beach with everything for a great vacation. - Amazing location. Really private right on the beach. Property was fantastic: comfortable, great bathrooms, hammocks and an outdoor grill if you’re so inclined. Alejandro couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would do it again in a heartbeat. Water pressure got a little weak at night.
• Philip (10/5): Nice house directly at the beach! + amazing fishing spot and kind host - We loved that the beach was right in front of the property. Alejandro, the host, was super kind. Communication was quick and he helped us with everything that we needed. He made our stay (2 adults, one 5 year old and a baby) very comfortable. Parking is right on the property. If you are interested in fishing, the beach is amazing to catch some nice fish: there are roosters, jacks, trigger fish, blue runners, mangrove snapper and more... Locals there know how it's done and fish there daily. They are kind and can help you out. If there are plenty of sardines in the water, safe your time with artificial lures. Get some sardines and fish on the bottom. You won't wait long for a bite ;) The only thing we missed was some air conditioning, but that would take away some of the flair at this spot where you are very close to locals and get a glimpse of the real costa rica life near the beach. Also the fridge had some mold at the edges which could be cleaned. The rest was very clean and tidy. Roads in the region are adventurous. There are a lot of potholes.
