- Abigael (6/5): SCAM!! - I sent them a £200 deposit for my booking, and they said that I would get it back within 7 days, and I still haven't received it, and it's been more than 7 days. They have stopped replying to me and are no longer picking up the phone. I even called them before to confirm that I would get the deposit back, and they said I would.

- Dongpyo (8/5): I strongly recommend this apartment for the group stay. - The apartment location was so perfect for us. Hair dryer was not working. but, we escalate it to the owner and he promised that he would replace it :)
- Weaver (8/5): Great location. Some improvements needed - The location was perfect as we wanted to explore the diversity of Brick Lane. The apartment was spacious and had great furnishings, personal touches. comfy beds and was very clean. The single bathroom was very small for 5 people sharing and the shower was terrible. It needs a makeover and a power shower installing No teaspoons in the kitchen The kitchen sink kept emptying as the plug didn't fit..and no bowl in the sink either. So that made for difficult washing up! The communication process between booking.com and the property people was confused and I had to deal with three systems/channels to get checkin info and repeat information I had supplied via the booking com app including financial information. I did not trust the process . This needs looking at given potential for scams etc.

DO NOT BOOK - ABSOLUTE SCAM - After paying for booking fee as well as £200 deposit fee & £50 sauna and hot hub fee - 30 minutes before my arrival they called me asking me to send an additional £300 as the dpeosit fee has suddenly increased to £500. I upon suprisal coundt afford to pay such a unreasonable increase, they offered me a full refund instead. I have yet to receive this, I only have got my deposit fee back and not my booking . DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!

- David (1/5): DO NOT PAY THE DEPOSIT. - The host is responsive but very devious. Please be very wary when booking this accomodation. They originally lied telling us the deposit was £300 when they display £200 on booking.. next they ask for bank transfer. Then they didnt refund our deposit.
