• Robert (1/5): Don’t stay here - The location was the only good thing about this property and maybe the large living room TV The apartment had an awful smell of body odour and spices that no matter how much we tried to spray and clean around the place. it would never budge. the floor floor near the bedroom was soft with rot and mould under the floor. Underneath the window sill was rotted and falling off. Exposing the inside of the wall. Around the furniture still had stains from spillages, almost looked like vomit.The toilet had to be cleaned by us on arrival too as it was still dirty. The shower basin would overflow and constantly had to be cleaned out. Access to the apartment was a pain, having to open a manual key box and then use the key and then put it back, just at the front door.
• Charlene (3/5): So much potential, just needs to be properly cleaned. - Great location, spacious enough to fit many people, large TV, Nintendo Switch, box of board games. It’s clear there were positive intentions to run an appealing place. Beware of fake positive reviews, it’s likely that listings like this can delete and create a new listing each time someone leaves a negative review. It did not look like the apartment was cleaned. There were stains on the floor, tables, and items such as the hairdryer. We found more dust, a toenail, and discarded medication pack next to the bed. The sink also had a bad smell. The kitchen vent and wall vents were clogged with thick dust - it seems like months or years of build up. The aircon unit had black mold in it. Overall the photos were extremely misleading. While we eventually got our cleaning fee and 50% of the stay refunded, the staff were slow to respond and cited that they could not offer a full refund since we were already staying in the place. Had they been quicker in responding and extending a refund or alternative, we would have left the place immediately. I hope more effort can be put into cleaning and maintaining this apartment.
