- Steve (3/5): The only positive we could give for apartment is its location and great outlook. - From the poor condition of apartment it has clearly not been well maintained or checked with missing basic items such as cookware, wine glasses etc. Check in process was clumsy with us sitting outside after long drive trying to get access on the phone. Also after booking request for $300 damage deposit which manager would not accept as hold on credit card but insisted on bank payment to their account which I have only just recovered after a week of chasing with emails. Suggest they take it off market to do some essential maintenance on the unit which looks like its suffered one too many bucks or hens nights!!

Fast response from the team managing this property. No luggage storage as this is an apartment.
One of the cooking pan was old and rusty.
No aircon installed in one of the bedroom.
Was asked to pay for damage of an old mouldy stain on their duvet but we had declined.
- Victoria (5/5): Great location otherwise in need of some tlc - Great location and views. The apartment block had good amenities and was well maintained. It didn’t seem super clean e.g dirty bath towel hanging on the back of a bathroom door. It needed maintenance e.g. door handle completely broken off and plug socket cover broken. Lacked basic kitchen equipment eg. No wine or champagne glasses.

- Richard (8/5): Wonderfully located, modern apartment with great views and excellent facilities for families - Location, cleanliness, facilities in building, communications with back office Have stayed at similar properties in the same neighborhood which have a few more essentials provided (tea, coffee, milk, cooking oil, foil). Also the dishwasher is tiny and there weren’t really enough cooking implements to make more than very basic meals. Otherwise great apartment

Fairly quick replies from staff. Unclean toilet in the en suite bathroom.
Tricky parking with funny fob operation (gate closing too quick), tight parking slot.
Staff not ready to believe our grievance on cleanliness of toilet (I have photo).
