- Bruce (3/5): Never again - I didn't like the hidden charges. Part-deposit (40%) retained without any explanation. During a follow-up call (by me) I was informed that there was a mark on a wall with no supporting evidence or notification. As the apartment was only used to sleep and eat breakfast I was disappointed not to receive a full refund.
