• Temesgen (7/5): Informationen für der person war unklar für den 🔑 von 15:00 Uhr bis 16:30 wegen komische Infos - Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber gehalten 100% Aber schlüssel info beim Eingang War für mich kompliziert
• Paolo (6/5): - Posizione comodissima Arredi nuovi Luci in sala quasi completamente non funzionanti; segnalata la cosa telefonicamente nessuno è intervenuto (l’appartamento di per sé è poco luminoso con affaccio in corte interna). Phon non utilizzabile perché con presa cinese e nessun adattatore presente. Bagno meno bello rispetto l’appartamento, con Vasca con tenda per fare la doccia. Purtroppo il wc non era pulito ed ho dovuto usare della candeggina presente in casa. Nessun kit per il bagno presente, neanche una saponetta o bustina di sapone.
• Guest (9/5): - Appartement au calme et spacieux , à 1 minute d’une station de métro(Lima) Le fait que j’ai demandé par mail à deux reprises que le canapé-lit ait des draps à notre arrivée, ce qui ne fut pas le cas
• Marina (10/5): - Апартаменты располагаются в доме в минуте ходьбы от метро Lima, что крайне удобно. Рядом несколько местных тихих баров и закусочных. Не смотря на то, что рядом оживленная торговая и транспортная магистраль, в апартаментах было очень тихо, а на улице безопасно. В квартир были все удобства для проживания. включая стиральную машины и порошок для стирки. Много столовых приборов, посуды на все случаи. Есть кофе-машина с капсулами и гейзерная кофеварка, чайник, что тоже удобно. Есть утюг, сушка для одежды и небольшой балкон при спальне. Квартира просторная, так что пригодна для проживания всей семьей. Всем советую ее для проживания Не совсем удобно открывается встроенный холодильник - рекомендую установить на него накладные ручки. Посуды очень много, но я перед использованием вымыла ту часть, которой пользовалась, так как она была неидеально вымыта, но это не стало для меня проблемой.

• Francesca (9/5): - L'appartamento è molto elegante, ho apprezzato che la cucina è attrezzata, abbiamo avuto te caffè e altre cose di uso comune offerte. La metro è praticamente attaccata all'ingresso Il frigo non ha la maniglia ho faticato ad aprirlo. Peccato che il bagno ha la vasca e non la doccia.

• Dapar (8/5): - Das Zimmer ist viel grösser als erwartet ! Super Lage sehr bequemes Bett sehr sauber ! Beim Duschen muss man Geduld haben . Das warme Wasser kommt sehr spät und nur wenig . Das war einbisschen schade .

• Christine (7/5): Overall enjoyable & we would stay again if the stove was working. - The location & it was nice & quiet. The shower over the bath was less than ideal & when we started cooking dinner, we discovered only 1 of the 4 induction hot plates were working.
• Alessia (10/5): Exceptional - I was really satisfied with my stay. The apartment is clean and the space is much larger than it appears in the pictures. It is also fully equipped with everything you might need for a medium to long-term stay. The positon is perfect as really central! The street is lined with lovely shops and restaurants, and the metro station is just a one-minute walk away. The host was also really nice, I highly recommend it!

• Hannan (4/5): Strange: seemed like someone's home that they just decided to rent a few days - Comfortable size living, bedroom. Elevator for luggage. 1=Not enough light in living room. 2 floor lamps, 1 of which we could not get to work. 2 table lamps, which had 6 bulbs total, only 3 bulbs worked, also dark shades contributed to dark room. All 4 lamps were unplugged on arrival, 2=as was the television, which had a frayed cord and exposed wires. 3=well equipped pocket kitchen, stove top, pots, dishes etc but no refrigeration unit. 4=Bin in bathroom for soiled towels, contained soiled towels! 1 drawer on vanity always had to be re-aligned to close. 5=Fixture for bidet towel was off wall, yet identical fixture for toilet paper, next to toilet, does not open to receive toilet paper roll. 6=No instructions for temperature control. 7+Construction in apartment over our head, 8am - 7pm **Complicated entrance instructions and necessity to give our information to a 3rd party questionable entity.**
